Avery and her team at Legacy Mutual Mortgage were fantastic in helping us finance then close our downsize home. Avery was one of several mortgage brokers recommended by our builder; she impressed as being both knowledgeable and personable, then lived up to those impressions through out the process.We felt we got very competitive terms on our mortgage, AND Avery helped us understand the process every step of the way. She actually made the mortgage process enjoyable, and shes remained available/helpful even a year later.Would no doubt choose Avery and her team again!

I highly recommend Avery and her team! She was hands on and very educational in the purchase of my second home. After working with Avery I feel like I understand how a mortgage actually works! She took the time to personally walk us through every step of the way and made sure we were comfortable and understood every little detail. In a crazy economy its nice to have people like Avery on your team.

As a first time homebuyer, coming in I thought the process would be stressful, overwhelming. However, that wasn’t the case at all! Avery helped me feel like Ive been here before many times!
