It’s obvious he has a lot of experience in the loan process. I really appreciate the fact that I felt like he really listened to me and helped me through some hurdles in how to send him documents. Just closed on my second house using Austin, each time I shopped rates across several lenders and Austin beat each substantially with a lower rate as well as lower closing costs.The most recent close was so smooth that we were able to expidite the closing process by a week due to the speed of his team getting through the underwriting process which allowed to lock in an even lower interest rate. Austin was always avaialble to talk through any issues that arose and would cetainly recommend to anyone in the Austin area looking for lending.
