The Mcknight team was a pleasure to work with. They were patient and informative for us first-time home builders and helped us with a tricky one-time close on a VA land/construction loan. Austin was very experienced in this area and made us feel supported and prepared. Jason is a rock star! He was extremely patient in explaining the loan process and my options for down payment assistance. His advice on when to lock interest rates was on the money - got TSAHC rate locked at the lowest available within the timeline of my home purchase. His knowledge of the program and belief in the product provided an extreme sense of confidence in this anxious homebuyer. I wish all bankers were more like him.

I can’t explain the integrity Austin and his team have. They made a goal for my family and I happen and from getting a call with not so good news with a SOLUTION to SOLVE said “not so good news” to a call on a Sunday afternoon to keep me updated. Austin and Matt are true down to the earth people who are really good at their profession! I highly recommend them to anyone, if it’s your first home or tenth please give them a chance as I promise you will not be disappointed!

I had a good experience working with Austin Mcknight and his team. They locked me in a good rate and got the loan work done in a reasonable amount of time. My favorite thing about this company is the human factor. Very easy to get ahold of a real person there. Even after the closing of my loan, i still email from time to time with little questions and get great personalized help.
