    Team Wally was awesome! We needed a quick pre-approval so that we could put in an offer on a home and they were on top of it and got us a pre-approval within 1-2 hours. When we decided to go through the pre-qualification process with them (basically going through underwriting but before we found a property we wanted to purchase), their application process was very easy and they were very quick with following up with us. We had a very fast closing (~2 weeks) once our offer was accepted and their team was again very much on top of things and we were ready for closing a few days ahead of time. Their team is very knowledgeable and was very communicative throughout the entire process. They have a great reputation and in this crazy market, I firmly believe that because we were financing with Team Wally, it gave us an edge since listing agents know them and can trust them to get the buyer to closing. Buying a home can be stressful but with Team Wally, I didnt have to worry about any delays with financing during the closing process. I highly recommend them!!

    4.5 for sure!CJ was a true pleasure to work with. This was my wifes and I first home purchase and we felt supported and appreciated the entire way. My wife and I are both in business which meant we were analyzing every single line of the contract and therefore had a lot of questions. CJ patiently answered them all in a clear manner and allowed my wife and I to feel confident moving forward. His service went even further than that by answering all our calls and emails within the hour (not many people do this!) and he also made us feel like we were a valued client, rather than just another on a long list. The rate and terms offered by CJ and Team Wally were also unbeatable (we shopped around but no one was able to beat). There were two things that kind of sprung up on us last minute which caused us to bring more cash to closing, something we were looking to avoid but they werent Team Wallys fault. We only wish they could have perhaps told us in advance that this is something that we should plan for as a possibility.Overall though, CJ and his team did phenomenally well and I would definitely recommend them to anyone that asks me.     What separates a great Loan Officer, Mortgage Company, etc. from one that is merely mediocre? Its more than a big name brand, a fancy office, a razzle-dazzle sales presentation... more than great rates.... and Team Wally nailed it on that when they locked us in with a super low competitive rate! Well Ill tell you, it is SERVICE, COMMUNICATION, & RELIABILITY. Fairway preaches speed to respond, and thats more than just a tagline for them, they live & breath it! Even though I work in the mortgage industry & this was not our first home-buying rodeo, buying a house is still stressful, no matter the situation. I can honestly say that I never had a single moments anxiety with our loan process, from the application to the closing. The tools & methods of communication they provided were top notch, & I had previously thought that loans with only 1 or 2 conditions were a myth. Consider that myth busted! Our loan only had one simple condition that we cleared in a manner of minutes!
