Ashlynn went above & beyond to help us every step of the way. We hopped on multiple calls throughout the process to walk through a scenario in great detail, compare 2-4 different scenarios, ask a million questions, etc.We are first-time homebuyers, and new to the entire process. We had MANY questions & Ashlynn was here for every single one. Our parents (who have bought multiple houses) were within earshot of some of our conversations with Ashlynn, and really admired how she broke everything down in laymans terms for us - they did not experience that in their years of building homes.She was quick to respond & also communicated efficiently & effectively with our realtor, too! We had a great team.Ashlynn also found ways to make Corys employment history work. We talked to another lender prior to Ashlynn, and they essentially said they wouldnt take a risk on Corys employment for the fear of it getting rejected after putting in our earnest money.I was later referred to Ashlynn & called her telling her everything to see if there was anything she could do different, and she did. Ashlynn has a team of underwriters who were able together to approve Corys employment as well as mine, and we are now living in the home of our dreams!! :)12/10 do recommend Ashlynn!!Were going to work with her once we sell this house & move to the next, too!

She worked tirelessly around the clock, during the holidays, to help bring me the best deal I could have ever hoped for. Seriously, I dont even know how to express how amazing Ashlynn and her team has been. Moving to the area was turning into a nightmare with the lender the realtor put us in contact with. I reached out to my previous lender (different state) and he put us in contact with Ashlynn and she has been absolutely amazing. She was more helpful and communicative in the first day than the other lender was in the month we worked with them. I wont be working with any other lenders in the future but them.
