The more i talk about, the little will be for Ashlie Hoffman. She is an awesome agent with full of knowledge about the VA loan and finance. My dream was to get my own place in United States like every American dream. However, as I am a new soldier in military I was using my VA loan to buy a condominium. Ashlie had a good knowledge to deal with my case. And showed me a way of 2/1 buy down. I didn’t know that was possible to buy a condominium even when the interest rate during this time is skyrocketed. She will make every possible for her client to pass the loan and get the dream home for her client. I will recommend her specially those who are using VA loan. I really do not even know where to begin in writing this review as I have put it off for over month trying to find the right words that Ashlie deserves. However, Ive come to the realization that there will just never be enough words to give her the appreciation she is entitled to for what she did for me and my family. After overcoming many life hurdles in the last five years trying to buy a home, everything was finally set and perfect and we were four days away from closing..... until we werent. We were thrown yet another life curveball and ended up having to switch lenders, and that is when the Lord provided as he always does and sent us Ashlie. I cannot even imagine how many hurdles she jumped and hours she spent working to get us to closing in record time, but she did it. Thanks to her my family now live in our first home together and I still feel like it is a dream. She will never know what she means to my family, and this google review just does not do her justice. She is kind, thoughtful, thorough, and anything you could ever want in someone on your team when going through the home loan process, and in life. I truly wish I could turn her into a polly pocket and just pull her out of my pocket whenever I need a little dose of Ashlie! Thank you forever, Ashlie. Geneva financial has given us the opportunity to search for a place we can finally call home. We have searched many areas In the past with little to no luck or hope. Even after working alongside the few realtors and loan officers that weve come across. The lack of communication and being let down had really put us back.My cousin who is also a realtor didnt really work with us either. At the beginning of working with her I recommended my sons dad and his girlfriend. However they had just started working with a loan originator who they later recommended to me.I was a little hesitant at first not thinking about the possibility of getting anywhere especially after our past experiences. So before working up my courage to reach out to her I called my sons dads girlfriend with so many questions. Since they got their new house it gave me that exciting feeling about trying again. I even felt GOD say nope, dont give up try one more time. So thats what I did.After contacting Ashlie Hoffman and hearing her voice it put me in a feeling of ease and comfort. Late to post but let me say it was fate that I found a post with Ashlie offering her mortgage assistance! My situation was nothing normal and I honestly never thought that me obtaining a mortgage would ever happen. Being a new Widow on social security raising kids solely on those benefits, she was still able to get me approved and closed. This woman literally went to the social security office with me to help me get the paperwork (that technically didn’t exist) and we walked out with exactly what we needed. This was a very hard time in my life and let me tell you having someone that genuinely cared about my situation and understood the days that I just “couldn’t” handle anything and would say it’s ok, tomorrow. She was an absolute blessing. I cannot recommend her enough! Thank you so much Ash. ❤️

I had put off refinancing because I felt like it was going to be a hassle to have to go through the process but she really did make it super easy and way faster than I expected. I couldnt say a bad thing about her Geneva if I tried. They got me everything I asked for and even lowered my monthly payment. It was overall a wonderful experience.
