Communication…being able to reach Eric with any questions we had. He was always available and if not he got back to us in a reasonable amount of time. Never had to leave more than one voice mail. Honey Hill is truly a Wonderful person with a beautiful spirit in and out! The level of professionalism her and her team provided was exactly what I hope to expect. Kyle was awesome and very prompt, knowledgeable throughout the process, and provided excellent customer service as well! Michael made himself available throughout the entire process. I didn’t have to reach out to him for any unanswered questions. There weren’t any. He made sure we were well informed and went above and beyond in staying in contact with any updates. I was skeptical as to give Curt my information. Everyone was telling me I did not qualify to get a equity loan to get me back on track. Curt was AMAZING! Not only did he help me consolidate my bills into one payment, but he also gave me room to breathe going forward. I struggled for years with crippling credit card debt after taking care of my son and his family during my youngest granddaughters two fights with cancer. Despite my best efforts, i couldnt get on top of it, and Kerrell literally came to my rescue. He got a VA loan with cash out that allowed me to payoff the credit cards and regain our financial footing for our retirement.
