She was respectful, knowledgeable and she made me feel valued.She took time to make sure I understood everything - sometimes she had to explain things multiple times but she was patient and kind. Even for a person who often makes her living with words, Ive found that there are not enough synonyms to fully describe my respect, appreciation, and admiration for Angela Tritter and the entire Fairway team! She took this novice, freaked-out, semi-hysterical mess of a single person, fed me the elephant one bite at a time, and turned me into a calm, newly knowledgeable, forever grateful customer for life!Here’s my story… I promise its worth the read:I was well down the road to financing my new home – while living in another state – with a mortgage company local to the city where I’m moving. The pressure to maneuver through the process was unbelievable, and though I felt a few red flags, I simply ignored them and soldiered on. Then, just as we were reaching the finish line, interest rates dropped a full point. I reached out to the lender and asked if we could address this change. The response I received was… less than professional… and the re-offer hugely underwhelming. I mentioned this to my realtor, Kacey Huggins at Keller Williams, and she was incensed! Her reaction was, in essence, “no. Nope. We’re gonna get you out of this,” and she made a call.Enter Angela and the Fairway team. First, the genuine kindness and concern for not just my lending business, but for my personal well-being, was overwhelming! I had so many, many questions and worries as I had no idea how to navigate any of this. Angela patiently walked me through it, answering dozens of emails, picking up the phone when I called (even on a Sunday!); then magically managed the acquisition of all the previously completed documentation, appraisal, and qualification requirements quickly and without fuss. She communicated clearly every step of the way, sometimes having to use her small words for things I simply didn’t know or understand!How did my story end?In less than 2 weeks I closed on my new home with a significantly lower interest rate - and no points! And she worked with the title company to arrange a FULLY REMOTE closing that was seamless! Angela has continued to provide amazing post-closing support with things like how to obtain my Homestead Exemption (who knew!?), reminders and contact information for managing my return to Texas, and advice for handling critical documentation for both my new property, and the one I was selling.Fun Fact:Angela’s office is 1,800 miles from my current home, and 300 miles away from my new home. Yeah… she’s THAT good!
