Great experience buying my first home with Andrew & guild. I required a lot of hand holding and deep explanation and he did just that. The market is competitive and we had to meet the needs of the seller to win the property. Andrew navigated thru two huge national holidays to expedite the closing process to better appease the seller which ultimately won us the home. If youre looking to buy- Andrew is your guy!

Andrew, Vanessa, Patrick, and the entire Guild E Sonterra Team were amazing to work with on our recent mortgage & home purchase! From start to finish, we knew we were in good hands with a team that not only wanted to see us get to closing, but who also did so with honesty, integrity, and a whole lot of hand-holding that kept us reassured throughout the entire process. As a self-employed buyer, it is always a more cumbersome application than for a W2 buyer. Just a different process altogether. Guild was great at expanding their lens to evaluate our entire financial portfolio in a way that many big banks cant. It helps that they make decisions in-house and locally. They set clear and realistic expectations with frequent conversations so you know where you are and whats needed at all times. Plus theyre just nice folks who value their customer relationships.
