It has been a long time since I purchased a home, so I was extremely nervous about the entire process, especially the loan process-- different interest rates, loan availability, payment plans, required insurance AND the list goes on and on...Truthfully, for me, with An as my loan officer, the loan process was the least stressful in this entire experience. An was extremely knowledgeable and undoubtedly resourceful. She took care of everything that she was able and that absolutely saved me--working mom with 2 very active kids! I got all required documents submitted on time and closed on the date that was forecasted (my movers were ecstatic since they run tight timelines). I am now in my new home, typing this review which I hope will be helpful to someone out there. Someone who needs to purchase a new home but is utterly lost/nervous about the loan process. Cheers!

An helped make my first home buying experience feel extremely smooth. I appreciated the professionalism she showed by scheduling calls ahead of time, always being on time, and often keeping me updated on my mortgage progression through email or text. On top of that, she was very accessible through text when I needed any questions answered and provided feedback in a timely manner.From the very first call, An had been patient by carefully explaining things I didnt understand while also providing her professional opinion and advice. It never felt like An was trying to make a sale with me, which really helped her gain my confidence and trust because it really felt like she was on my team.Although this is my first home buying experience and I dont have another experience to compare this to, its hard to imagine a better mortgage agent than An and I will definitely be recommending her to my family and friends.

An was amazing from start to finish. I was under contract for about 8 months (which was stressful) but she made sure to educate me about the entire process. She always told me what to do and what not to do so there weren’t any surprises. Madison (who also assisted me) was amazing too. She was always on top of it by making sure all of my documentation was submitted properly. An and her team know what they’re doing. She always communicated with my builder and made sure I would close on time which I did. I came out of this process better than how I came in. I’m a first time home buyer and she explained everything so perfectly in a way I was able to understand. She would answer every ridiculous question I had lol.An is more than a lender. She was very easy to get ahold of which is very important. I’ve heard horror stories about lenders but thankfully, I didn’t not experience that whatsoever.I would recommend her and her team to anyone and everyone.
