Posting for my father, Floyd:I have never purchased a home before, and at my age, everyone assumes I know what I am doing. Not the case here. Amy helped every step of the way, she was available for questions and made each step of my VA loan a simple process. She is calm, collected and knowledgeable. Amy either knew the answer, knew how to get the answer, or whom to contact to get the answers needed. I never thought Id say this was an effortless process in regards to buying a home, but, with Amy, it truly was effortless! AMAZING LOAN OFFICER!! Amy did an outstanding job helping me find a lender with a much lower closing cost. The first Loan Officer I was using had my closing costs almost double and I debated on even following through with the purchase until I reached out to Amy. Started our journey a few months ago in buying An investment property. We called Amy Rodriguez to help us with the paperwork and process. The minute we started talking on the phone she started working on getting us prequalified. Amy worked hard and went Over and and beyond to get us qualified. We had a few road block but she always had a way to get us to the next step. No matter what time of day or day of the week Amy would always answered my phone calls to answer questions or simply to update me on the process. We couldn’t have done it without Amy’s support and dedication. You can tell Amy loves her job and loves helping people become homeowners. We will definitely use her again in the future.

Absolutely amazing work. In June is called wanting to buy a house with no real guidance on what I need to do to even start the process and Amy was suggested to call so I gave her a call, we ran credit, checked assets, and I was NOWHERE close to qualifying. I wasnt even really sure I was ready for my first home purchase and taking on that massive responsibility so Amy talked me through it and over the next few months she helped me build up where I needed to be. Within months my credit went from well below qualifying to qualified and continuing to rise due to her guidance and help. She was always readily available and continued to be this way through the entire process. It tools MONTHS to get qualified, but she helped me the entire time. When we started looking at houses more seriously, if I had any questions or reservations she didnt rush me to go into something I wasnt ready for and if we ran into any problems whatsoever we were able to openly discuss different avenues on how to remedy them. When my apartment leasing office was absolutely unavailable and could never answer phone calls, emails, etc. She was willing to make the long drive down if needed and found another work around to get the right documentation we needed from them to continue the process. She was constantly talking with underwriting to get as much information as possible, we were on the phone almost daily figuring things out, and all the way until the end and even after she continues to provide excellent support. I could keep going on, but ultimately the entire process was beyond stressful and having Amy as part of the team on my side alongside my Realtor made the process extremely easier and smooth. We closed right right on schedule and in the future I will be going through Amy again for any real estate investments that come up. 11/10 would highly recommend.
