AMSW Lending was recommended by our builder just 2 weeks to closing after the initial lender started flandering. AMSW staff were very professional, they made the process seamless, easily accessible, just a mail or sms away and they can jump on a call with you without prior appointment. We are grateful for the efficient service they offered. They only needed 20% of the time any other lender will need to deliver such a great service.They were thorough but also human. All there employees especially Patrick Borovay, Mergan, Zach, Miranda and Kristi have empathy. If you ever need a mortgage lender, check out AMSW and ask for Pat! Wish you more years of excellent service.

I have never been this impressed with any service as with AMSW Lending! Seamless documentation, professional advice from Patrick Michael Borovay👌🏽 he really knew his stuff, helpful, responsive and his team (Megan and Elizabeth) went above and beyond to make the whole process a great experience for us. Did i mention he did all ofnthese within 2 weeks after our initial lender start getting all shady and weird? Yes! He made our closing possible in recorded time!I recommend AMSW Lending if you want a set of empathetic team to work you through your home buying and when you do, ask for Patrick Michael Borovay. You wont ever regret it!
