    There is a lobby receptionist ready to help if you dont know where to go or whom to talk to. That is very helpful.The tellers are very knowledgeable. It took only a few moments to deposit a check to my account.Lastly, the lobby hours are very convenient. I appreciate the flexibility that offers me to do my banking. Theres always the ATM, but sometimes I just need to do banking in person.

    Been a customer over 25 years, and Ive seldom had any problems. If I do, customer service is easy to contact...and they fix Mastercard/Visa issues right away. Making check deposits via the Amplify Android App is super convenient, and the online banking website is very well constructed. Free checking is a plus, and bill payment options are real time savers. Overall, I d give Amplify Credit Union a Best of Class rating!

    We love Amplify! Recently when a fraud attempt was made on our debit card a quick response got it taken care of. We are waiting for a new card - but felt good right away that we were safe. For almost 30 years now Amplify has given us great customer care. So grateful. GoAmplify - its a good bank.

    I have been with Amplify for over 20 years and the service has always been great. Now I do about 99% of my banking online. There is very little downtime and they usually do maintenance during the late evening. My only complaint is when I need to call them, there is typically a fairly long wait time. This is the only reason I gave a 4 star instead of a 5 star.

Their customer service, professionalism, and willing to assist and at times be creative with my financial needs has always gone above and beyond my expectations.     I have banked here for years. I’m shocked to see that it gets three stars. That’s ridiculous. This is an incredibly amazing bank! They refund your ATM fees! I’ve never logged in and found some mystery charge because some dishonest employee signed me up for some program I never agreed to. The tellers are always in a good mood and really kind. Has the line sometimes wrapped around to Timbuktu because of the pandemic?Yes! What do you know, it’s a pandemic. I leave and come back at another time.

    Its been so long since I have had to visit the branch that I couldnt give out 5 stars and feel good about it, but I cant remember any time that I went in and didnt have a good experience. Every teller/manager/loan officer I have worked with was helpful and knowledgeable.

    Jonah Sam was very helpful in working with me to do some estate planning. He was patient and explained everything he was doing and why. He even uncovered an error I had in another financial document from another financial institution which has now been corrected. Jonah was very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to speak with.

    We have been a customer of Amplify Credit Union for years. It has provided great service and has a great selection of products to choose from at a reasonable price. We will not be changing banking institutions.

    Had a problem with the bill pay system. Edited Acct number and paid bill. It paid the original number not the edited account number. Waited a couple of days to see if VISA would put in right account, didn’t pay. Had to give visa the old number and it was corrected. Called your assistant and she said to delete the payee and enter new payee with current number. Haven’t paid yet to see if it will work. Hopefully it will with no further trouble paying bill.

    Year 2021 not so lucky using my credit cards four or five times they were compromised by thieves getting my cards information. In all cases I was not found at fault and fraudulent charges were reimbursed. Thanks to the diligent work the people of my credit union and credit card investigators. Thanks...

    Accurate, prompt & thorough service. When we decided to change our financial institution to prepare for a statewide expansion across Texas, FitDel carefully screened a number of banks.     I live in Round Rock so I normally would go to the La Frontera location, but they are Temporary closed. The folks at 2800 Esperanza Crossing, Austin TX 78758 were AWESOME.I was in and out A LOT faster than I thought I would be. Great job TEAM!!

    I went in to change some account info and to get some info. The woman who helped me was extremely competent and nice. I commented to her how pleased I was to have the branch back open. It is so much more convenient and cordial than the big Taj Mahal at Esperansa.

    I went in to apply apply for a credit card and I was helped by Maura G. and she was SOOO much help.She was very helpful on better ways to build credit. Most people could just take that credit app and on to the next one but she made sure to do everything she could. I will always go back to this location.

    Great bank and friendly staff. My only complaint is in order to get a bank statement with my NAME printed on it, it was going to cost $4 for them to email me a statement. Really? Its my account and I cant prove it without a $4 fee.

    This bank is a sister to my bank and ive always had a great experience with them. i can make deposits at their branches as well as use their ATMs for free...its so convenient and their ATMs let you get amounts out in 1 or even 5 dollar increments, awesome!
