Me and my daughter purchased a vehicle with Amoco and Mrs Whitney Barnes assisted us with everything. Mrs.Barnes was very professional, sweet and on time with everything she even stayed late to call me back and answer any questions that I sent by email to her. Her patience that she has for her customers was awesome and goes over and beyond. I’ve always had nothing but good experiences with Amoco with everyone that works there are so welcoming. Been a member for years, and the staff is super friendly, courteous, and professional. They always tend to and fulfill my banking needs. It doesnt matter who your teller is; you will always get a friendly smile and quality customer service from the tellers to the managers, to and even the security guard.

I am a little bias to the most wonderful FI there is, but now that I am fully retired, going to the professionals after fraud on my debit card was painless. Went to the drive thru and was conveniently serviced there to obtain a new debit card in just a few minutes. The personnel was very helpful as always. I wouldn’t do business anywhere else!! I ❤️ my credit union!

I came to Amoco to apply for my first loan on a small car, and Veronica had helped me so much. For being someone who is new to loans and interest rates, she walked me through my different options and what is recommended. The process was painless and easy...I would recommend her to anyone.They’ve also been a great bank in general when it comes to my checking and savings account. I love the fact that they’re able to print new cards right there if I ever lose or break my debit card.

They are doing a wonderful job during the coronavirus!! The inside is closed for awhile to keep the customers and employees safe. The drive- thru has been open and they are doing an awesome job. Today Vanessa helped me in the drive-thru and she is the nicest person. She smiled the whole time and that made my day. I am still smiling. She is amazing.

Hilda was amazing! She walked me through the online application process... I had to wait for my updated ID to come in the mail and she was more than kind and answered all my questions along the way. I switched from Wellby (Formerly JSC) due to their increased fees, service charges, and horrible customer service, and I couldnt be happier.

I definitely do agree that Customer Service here is not what it used to be, before they started expanding their service area. Seems like AFCU is right up there with Bank Of America and the likes, when it comes to fees and service charges. The loan department isnt the same since Ann Lambousie left. That being said, in the last 4-5 years, I personally have not had any major problems that were not resolved in a reasonable manner.
