Fantastic experience!! I have closed several loans with Amit Gandhi. He is not only experiment knowledgeable about the whole loan process including the underwriting process. I have complete faith and trust in Amit’s ability with my mortgage needs. My situation wasn’t easy with several loans and investment properties under my name and we were doing 1031 exchange on top of that. Amit has come through with flying colors each and every time. Not only I have used him personally but many of my clients have also. I highly recommend him as he is honest, sharp and cares about his clients that very few people do these days.
