I am a veteran. We escrowed June 24th and closed on July 23rd. Mr. Chadd Gomes not only put me in my dream home (Pics below), he helped one of my best friends get his family in a newer house last year when no one else could/would!!! Veterans United gave me the shaft with no K-Y and I lost hope, time and money. Now thanks to Chadd and his team, I got a house with $21,000.00 equity already in it with a VA loan ($0 down and seller paid for closing, repairs etc.) . Who is the wizard of Oz? Mr Chadd Gomes is! and Theres no place like home!!

My case was not easy - but they never gave up! Single mom cosigning with my fiance, credit score that was not ideal (to say the least) and plenty of requirements to ensure qualifying and these guys did not sleep for us! Chadd was amazing, constantly fighting for us and making sure we had everything submitted that we needed - answering every call and responding to every email as soon as he could - it was like having my brother or close friend navigating this for me! I would not have wanted to do this alone! And their entire office worked for us at the end - Tish was so sweet and kind and a go-getter, and Damien built our confidence and trust - thank you ALL for an amazing experience (dont get me wrong, it was nerve wracking and exhausting overall - but yall did not give up on us or our case and we cant thank you enough!!)

I cant say thank you enough to the staff at Amerifirst Home Loans. My buyers closed on their New Construction home in less than 30 days! The difference between Amerifirst opposed to other lenders is that they dont just say, we cant help you. They were patient and attentive to my first time home buyers, walked them through every step and didnt give up on them! Thanks Damion for answering your phone 24 hours a day; those late night calls were greatly appreciated!!!

I can honestly say Damion and Tish made my first home buying experience a very pleasant one. From our first conversation they explained each and every option that was available to me and I never felt pressured into any decision. My phone calls were handled in a professional and timely manner. All in all I really couldnt imagine my home buying process being any easier. Im honestly stock for words here because the impossibility just became possible right this minute; with this amazing company full of seasoned professionals with unmatched proactive work ethic! As I write this heart-felt review with tears of joy while flashing back what I went through in the hands of my builders so-called preferred lenders, prior to being introduced to AmeriFirst Home Loans, my long-awaited custom-built house is finally truly mine- all thanks to Jeremy Clark: the champion of this great company & Chelsie Edwards: my Wonder Woman! Im super excited not just because these guys performed miracles for my husband and I, but also because we had long given up on our dream home in our dream zip cope and today Damion Hughes & his hardworking, tireless yet very polite team members, finally brought our dream back to reality!!! We had a horrible experience with our builder, their contractors & worst off, their both lenders. After our loan processing with their 2 different lenders for about 9 months and they all chopped off our credit scores down like 6 different times from 750s to 580s, they disqualified us and told us that we will lose the options deposit we paid- even though we both make 6-Figures! We became frustrated and my hubby actually gave up, but I remained optimistic and trusting God for a miracle! Just when I personally was nearly giving up too, Tamesha Wells (another highly recommended 5 STARS Realtor to be connected to, if buying/selling a home) introduced me to AmeriFirst Home Loan- De Wonder Workers! 4 weeks after they took over our case, they performed uncommon miracles and handed us over our dream house keys! I am a Realtor for AllSource Properties and I have been in the business since 2006. I like the fact that Amerifirst Home Loans request the borrowers income documents before issuing an approval letter. If borrower does not qualify at the time they will let them know what is needed to obtain an approval. As a Realtor it is important to ensure you choose a lender that can be honest and upfront with the borrowers. I recommend all my clients to Amerifirst Home Loans.
