Jesse, Amanda, and the rest of the team were amazing! We were in constant communication with them, and they always responded with a sense of urgency for any questions or concerns we had. Jesse had perfect timing in locking in the lowest rate. I was very impressed with how professional the team was, and how smooth the whole home buying process went. Whatever Jesse and the team promised, they delivered, and that means a lot. I will definitely be using them in the future, and recommending them to anyone I know that is wanting to buy a house.

Jesse and his team were absolutely amazing to work with. Very responsive and was always available to answer any questions we had, no matter the day or time. He truly had our family’s best interest in mind and locked us in at an incredible interest rate that I don’t think we could have gotten anywhere else because Jesse and his team made it happen. AmeriDream is THE company to work with for anything you need in the mortgage industry. Our loan officer was Jesse, the owner, and he and his staff provide first class service at every point in the process. Mortgage loans are not my area of expertise and I find a lot of it confusing. Jesse always communicated things in a way that I was able to understand. His team also communicates very well every step and keeps you updated on items you need and your timeline. I cannot think of a single thing I would have asked them to do differently. They are friendly and had my best interests in mind the entire time. Can’t thank them enough, they saved me a significant amount of time, effort and lets not forget MONEY!Best in the business!

We were referred to Jesse and his team by our realtor after sharing that we had extenuating circumstances which could make getting a home loan difficult at this time. We spoke with Jesse who pre-qualified us and answered all of our questions. Our file went through underwriting with a ficticous address to see if we would have any issues and we were thrilled to quickly receive our formal pre-qualification letter. We found a home, made an offer and closed in less than 30 days. His staff was amazing, helpful, and knowledgeable. We also ended up with an interest rate a full point and a half less than our bank offered. I am thrilled to be writing this review from our new kitchen!
