Brianna Martinez is such an amazing person! She had all the patience needed to deal with such a confused person as myself, Im so illiterate when it comes to computers/laptops and sending folders, pdfs ect. Her determination and helpfulness kept me from giving up and throwing in the towel with this. But it was so worth it all because Id never imagine how grateful and stress less my husband and I are now, our payments now are unbelievably low. Its so worth refinancing with Americas Credit Union for ALL your financial needs! I now have two vehicles threw them with no payments for 3 months, Bri had all my credit cards consolidated into one extremely low payment. Truly satisfied, Ive sent two family members her way and more to come. My wife and I have been members of Americas credit union since before we were married, about 20 years plus, since it was Kraft. We have been long time members because they have always been a pleasure to work with. Bought several vehicle through them. In particular, our recent vehicle purchase was handled by Caitlin Fenley. This was the most smooth and easy going large purchase we have ever made, and that was so because of how knowledgeable and fast Caitlin was with every aspect of the encounter, from her getting our approval, to cutting our check for purchase, checking vin numbers to tell us about the vehicles we were about to look at, and finally to the closing paperwork. Having her help took so much of the beating a person goes through to find/purchase a vehicle away. We will never go into another dealership to buy without ACU in our pocket. 4 out 5 Because it started alittle difficult getting the paperwork to the right persons. Then setting up the savings account. Had to take time off of work to Identicate me but then the person that could do that wasnt available. Slow process in the beginning but the reason Im leaving 4 stars because of one person Jessie! She was very professional, answering my questions and making the process very easy for me. Outstanding employee thank you Jessie for being so great.Thanks to God blessing everything worked in his plans.

My family has had GO for a while. Weve been banking with them since it used to be named Dallas Telco. Their customer service is always great and the reps are always very helpful. The only reason why I give them 4 stars is because the hold times to speak to a rep through phone is always at least 10 minutes. Without fail, there is always always a long wait time. Besides that though, they are great.

My wife and I have been members for a number of years now. Having prior decades of experience dealing with the banking industry, GO Federal Credit Union has been a great refuge from the banksters. For those of you who do not understand the concept: The Banksters work for the shareholder, while credit unions work for the member....thats you. So they are beholden to you, the member. The banking industry doesnt give a rats (you know what) about the normal person banking with them. Yes theyre customer service isnt always perfect. Some of us, myself included, are not always at our best when we call them about information or a problem, and theyve always handled my bad attitude with professionalism. My overall experience with their customer service is still much better than the banking industry....
