    I went today to open an account at the garland location to my momWe arrived early from our appointment time and since go in customer service was great. We don’t even wait 5 mins until Miranda help us, I ask her if she speaks Spanish so she can help her and she say yes, so she explain everything to my mom so she can understand the process.     I was manipulated into giving away my personal banking information to a scam artist so i had to close and reopen new accounts. I forget the ladys name that 1st took my call but she was very helpful and get me set up that same day with agent, Grace Night at the Garland location. From that point, all went as smooth as anyone could hope considering the situation i got into. Grace was extremely helpful, informative and abt the nicest personality Ive encountered anywhere. I will also add that the lobby was very clean and comfortable as was the bathroom. Well done ACU, i appreciate having a good team that is ready and willing to help when these problems arise and i hope i never get fooled like that again.

    Trying to cash US Treasury Savings Bonds; did not know banks have become SO restrictive on how much / how many / how often can cash these bonds - figured they were as close to US currency as could be. What a hassle across 3 banks! But: Maria at ACU Garland branch went out of her way for me to get 1 bind cashed and provided Treasury website to handle others. Thank you Maria!

    I recently started working in the neighborhood and came in to open a checking and savings account since it is very close to my new job and on my way home plus a located conveniently.     I’m ecstatic to share my phenomenal experience purchasing a C8 from America CU, and I cannot thank Tish enough for her generous service. Tish exceptional professionalism and expertise regarding the loan process made the transaction more relaxed. I was captivated by this particular C8 it caught my eye it was the right color. It was my favorite color. Letting go of my F Type Jaguar and moving on with the C8 was a hard choice for me. The purchase of this C8 is a major decision for me.Tish professionalism and expertise in regards to automotive loans were evident from the very beginning.She patiently addressed all my questions and concerns, ensuring that I felt completely confident in my decision.     Recently just worked with Michael on a personal loan. This is my third load with then, previous two were car loans. He worked and communicated well with me through the whole process and worked with me on getting higher amount than I was supposed to be approved for. All done over the phone and email, money was in my account within hours of approval. Last two loans went very as well. Good rates and service. Will not hesitate to use them again and again.

    I had the fortune to have Michele Jordan to help me today. I walked into the office in Garland on Forest Ln. Have you ever gone into a business a little insecure because you don’t know enough to ask an intelligent question? That was me today. Before I got both feet in the door, Ms. Jordan made immediate eye contact, smiled and said “may I help you”. She then exercised active listening and figured out what I needed but wasn’t sure how to articulate. She did solve my issue. Standing in teller line with my son to complete my issue Michele sought us out to say we did not have a POD assigned to the account she was helping us with. She explained the importance of this and pulled us back to fix it up.Some of this customer service can be taught through training but Ms. Jordan has a natural ability to ensure satisfaction that just comes from the type of woman she is.     The employees are very friendly and very helpful in trying to get all your Financial needs met. Ive had an account with them through 3 name changes and 2 moves since 1982. Over the years Ive taken out many loans they have always had great rates. I was able to buy 2 used cars, a used truck and then a new truck. I had originally taken out a loan with the dealership but I got a much lower rate by transferring it over to the credit union. I took a loan and paid off my credit cards getting a much lower interest rate then any of the cards offered and I was able to save myself a lot of money by getting rid of the credit cards. I wish they still had the interest rates on the savings accounts they had a very high rate but none of the banks or credit unions offer High rates now. They offer personal and business accounts, they have safety deposit boxes, you can get Auto, motorcycle & Boat loans, cash loans and even get home loans. When using your debit card you can go to any 7-Eleven and use their ATM free of charge. They have on line banking too.

    A very happy customer of Americas Credit Union and their former E-Systems Credit Union for over 50 years. Very sad to see the E-Systems/Raytheon Plant closed and sold where I went to work in 1965. It had an airport that I flew out of to LTV Grand Prairie for the NASA/Apollo Program for many months for the Apollo Service Module Environmental Control System Program meetings. The Closing of the Miller Road Americas Credit Union offices with many long time friends was a deep hurt.After spending 22 days in three hospitals and medical facilities starting 2 December I was Trying to pay my Property Taxes today 12/24/2016 but the Credit union posts Christmas Eve might affect these hours for Saturday. This implies they are open Christmas Eve with different hours other than 9 am to 1pm which are not posted???? If they are closed, please show the integrity to post that fact. Very disappointing with such poor communication from the Forest Lane offices of Americas Credit Union.
