    Larry, Ashli and Mari Villarreal, our real estate agent, have went out of their way to help us! They never faltered with communication and had great attitudes the entire time, even with a few hiccups on our side. We had previously went to two lenders for our loans and had trouble with both but our current team had our backs and did it when they couldnt!

    I have only just now processed my experience with Robie and his team. After attempting to buy a home with SIX other lenders, over the past 5 years, Robie is THE only person who came through! Throughout the process it became clear to me that all the others just simply didn’t want to do the work. Our financial situation was not cut and dry therefore it required real work, a solid knowledge of the business and someone who understood just how close we were to giving up. We went into the process understanding that it would not be easy, but Robie faced every single obstacle head on with some kind of solution for us each time. We met his requests quickly and did our part, but Robie and his team carried us through a very overwhelming experience with the best outcome possible. Personally, I never thought I would be in my dream home, but when Robie says, “I got you,” he really does!! I will recommend Robie without hesitation from now on to everyone!

    Larry and Ashli help me with my refinance of my home. Working with Larry and his team was a great experience and smooth process. This was my first time with refinance process and they were extremely helpful and the transaction went well. When I ran into an issue with credit background check, Larry and his team came in and went above and beyond to clear up the credit agency error.     Robie and his entire team were so helpful and diligent. I had a phone conference with Robie and he ensured me as well as gave me step by step of what would be taken place and every word he said happened. His team communication was unheard of. They created a portal for tracking so if any questions we had they were answered there and if the portal didnt one of his team members did. I look forward to continued business with him. I have to say Rory get huge thumbs up for everything he did as well. Great, great team!!!

The deal would have been lost, but Robie and his team stepped in and crushed it with an even better interest rate, an appraiser willing to do a rush job, and somehow they closed on time.     We are not the type of people that ever really review companies online. But there are special times that the experience you have calls for it. We had a streak of bad luck, our little family. My father in law died from covid so we left our home and moved to Spring. To handle my father in laws affairs. Everything was fine we decided it was time to move back but then my son was diagnosed with cancer. So we couldn’t. After his situation got stable we got back on the house hunt. Long story short the first lender we met screwed us. We lost a lot of money and time. But we we’re getting discouraged but with my sons situation we still desperately needed a house. It was hard for us to trust anyone. We work very hard. I’m a chef for the Houston Texans and my husband is a small business owner. Just because you have a little money doesn’t mean people should take advantage. But after getting screwed we lost alot of money and didn’t think we would get the financing. Then we met Larry Torres! We were moved in to our home in 7 weeks from day one. We couldn’t believe it and it’s still a blessing. He was so professional and there was never a question I had that I didn’t get explained till I understood completely. He is the only mortgage broker I would ever recommend. It’s a scary process and I was confident and felt secure the entire time. No matter where he was or what day it was he handled everything on time and effectively.So, we would want to thank you dearly and deeply Larry.
