Joe is absolutely the best! Not only is he a genuinely nice guy, he works hard to get the best deal done. Joe helped me buy my first house, helped me refinance it, then helped my wife and I with the financing for our home purchase together. He also helped my dad with his house, which is how I got to know Joe. My dad knew exactly who to send me to when I was ready to buy my first house. Joe keeps in touch, communicates well, and gets the job done. If you don’t give Joe a call to help broker your next financial decision you are truly doing yourself a disservice. You’ll know what I mean when you meet with him.

He helped me purchase a home over 30 years ago and several other homes here in San Antonio. Joes background and experience in the mortgage and finance fields make the whole home financing process painless and smooth. He is up-to-date on all market and financing trends and has the ability to identify and discuss with you all of the options available to you as a home buyer. Ive had Joe assist me on the purchase of 2 homes, and a refinance as well. Things couldnt have gone smoother. I was kept informed of the status of my loan throughout the process and I knew upfront what I needed to do and what to expect. There werent any surprises. Also, Joe has a great way of working with people, so that just added to how pleasant the process was. Cant recommend Joe and American Property Financial more highly; you cant go wrong selecting them for your mortgage and home buying experience.

People! Joe Mays is the Best! We’ve used him for 2 Home Purchases in Texas, Even our Realtor in San Antonio started using him for financing for her customers because she was Amazed at the Low Interest Rate he got us! He knows Everything there is to know about financing for Veteran Home Loans! We also used him for our loan in East Texas. I promise you won’t be disappointed! If I could give him 20 Stars I would!!
