George was awesome! He is really friendly, understanding, and really easy to work with. I was a little overwhelmed and stressed in the beginning of the process, but he definitely lifted that weight off my shoulders. He was always there if i had any questions and told me i could call him anytime if i needed anything. You just don’t come across people like much anymore. I would recommend him over and over, and i will definitely use him again for any other homes i purchase. -

We purchased our first home using AFN! We were doing a “for sale by owner” and as first time buyers were totally lost! I called George to apply for our mortgage and he was so kind, caring and patient! We really “held my hand” through the entire process! To even begin this review starts a journey of epic proportions! Coming across George Raymondo was an absolute strike of luck and a calling him was the best decision I could have ever made for my family. When I first called George I knew that our file would be challenging to get through to approval. After suffering from a horribly exhausting and expensive divorce 8 years ago, George went to work not only taking on our case file, but spent so much time educating my wife and I on how to quickly turn this around, get all our past debts paid, contacting credit bureaus and contacting the debt collectors to settle debts and how to adjust the way we use our credit cards to quickly raise our scores. IT ALL WORKED, IMMEDIATELY! From the disputes to keeping our cards under 10% balance and actively using them to show reliable activity along with informing us that have a zero balance on cards actually hurts your score and your worthiness was absolutely invaluable information. George was very personable, shared his own personal stories, his successes and failures. To get everything where we needed it, it took 5 months or ups and downs and finally we got our new home and we could not be more thrilled. If you want to meet a lender that will do whatever is possible to make your dreams come true, you MUST call George, he is a US veteran, a great man, has amazing business acumen and knows how to make a dream become reality. If you’re looking to buy a home call George!!! Don’t think you can buy your dream home call George!!! This man works miracles, he’s straight upfront and walks you through step by step. I live in Ohio and every place we called gave us the run around. I called George because after researching him and reading all his reviews I figured he was my last hope. If he couldn’t get us our dream home nobody could!!! I’m not that great at computers either, George walked be through step by step and he was very patient with me, very honest man, no run arounds, even answered his calls on the weekend and while on family vacation(which I felt bad about). On December 29,2017 we signed on our home. He called me the day of signing and congratulated us. But we owe it all to him. He never gave up on us and he made it happen!!! Contacted George about a year ago looking to buy a house and after a bit of back and forth he said well lets try to get you pre-qualified. George ran my credit and I needed quite a bit of help. He put me on track and told me to touch back with him in a few months. life got in the way and I called him about a year later. We ran my credit again and I still wasnt all the way to where I needed to be. George laid down a plan and we set out to work. a few months later and many many frantic phone calls later we closed on our dream home on Halloween.
