Trinity Oak mortgage and Amanda Benton,What can I say about Trinity Oaks Mortgage. I went looking for a home with a different mortgage lender. They were too aggressive for me. However, I saw a home I liked with John Houston homes. I toured it with my agent, and I fell in loved with the home. Also, i took advantage of the incentives offered. I end up using John Houston preferred lender, Trinity Oaks mortgage.I worked with an amazing, awesome, very communicative, smart, and respectful loan office Amanda Benton. She was on the ball. She did everything she could, to make sure I got the best deal. She fought for me all the way to the end. Even, after I closed the deal, she still was calling and checking on me. Someone like this, you will always need in your corner.So anyone who needs a good mortgage lender and loan officer, please check out Trinity Oak mortgage and ask for Amanda. I’m new to the housing market and Ms. Benton basically taught me the ins and outs, dos and donts and everything I needed to know in order to make an informed decision on what kind of loan I can realistically afford and I just feel like she’s the kind of person I could give a spare key to. The spare key to the house she helped me get :))). Idk why there are only 3 google reviews when she has 160+ non some experience website. Anyways I’m gonna tell all my friends and family about this wonderful down to earth woman!!

Amanda was always accessible and returned my calls or emails quickly if she was on another call. She maximized the incentives offered by the builder to my benefit. I highly recommend her as your loan officer.

Amanda was extremely helpful from beginning to end of our first time home purchase. Amanda is very knowledgeable in her field and was able to answer all of our questions plus more!We appreciated it so much!
