10/10 recommend Allison for all your home needs. My husband and I were first time homebuyers and knew absolutely nothing about buying a home other than the fact that it was super expensive. We constantly put off the process just because we thought we couldn’t afford it. After working with our realtor she recommended us to Allison, as our lender. Allison made the home buying process very easy for us. Allison was ALWAYS there for us, no matter the time of day. Every little issue that arose during this time she was there to walk me through it and keep me calm. After all said and done when we closed on our house, I didn’t have to bring any money to the closing table, in fact..I actually got money back. My husband and I will forever be grateful for Allison, I wouldn’t and couldn’t ask for a better person to help us get a home other than Allison.
