    I refinanced my new car with Alliance after only 2 months of dealing with another loan servicer. ALLIANCE is fantastic, I got a better rate, lower payment and above all....friendly, courteous people to work with. I tried to choose Alliance at the dealership but they conveniently encouraged me to use the national lender. It was a nightmare from day one....call center when I called, couldnt access online for days until confirmed, couldnt make a payment online until my checking account was verified. With one call, an online application and a review, Alliance had me ready to go and I even closed via online electronic signing. I AM SOLD ON ALLIANCE! YOU will be, too!

    I opened up a new bank account. Ive opened up bank accounts various times in my life at various places. However, the technology (and customer service) has changed over the years. When I was acknowledged upon entering, I wasnt greeted?Instead, someone stopped typing on a computer at a nearby desk and asked if they could help me. I wasnt sure if she was speaking to me or someone else.Call me old fashioned, but I am used to hearing, hi my name is Suzie, how can I help you today? Or, Welcome to XYZ bank, how many I help you today?I didnt get anyones names, (I had to ask each person their name, because it wasnt offered) and that was a little unsettling to me.Dont ask me why, but when Im going to give my money to an institution and Im asked to trust them immediately upon meeting them, Id at least like to have their name and preferably a handshake? Again, maybe Im old fashioned, but thats what Im used to when it comes to customer service.The lady who helped create my new account was training someone else, and so I sat in silence for quite a long time not sure what was happening. Im guessing that they were entering information into the computer and doing the necessary paperwork, however I was not informed of anything that was happening and I sat in silence for a long time, waiting for some sort of acknowledgment of what was happening and what was expected of me? Perhaps something like this would be appropriate: Hello, Im Suzie and this is Jenny and Im training her today. We are going to walk you through the process of setting up your new account. There will be some paperwork we need to fill out and several long moments of silence while we enter your data into the computer. Please feel free to ask any questions along the way and we will gladly answer them for you.Again, I may just be old-fashioned, however I think it completely appropriate to be kept in the loop when its MY information that were handling.

    I have been with Alliance for a couple of years now and It still makes me feel like family still the hometown personal experience. I unfortunately had to replace a vehicle and I’m so Thankful to Jeremiah Stewart for helping me . He worked with me on making sure the dealership gave me the best possible deal which being a woman having to buy a car feeling like I was swimming in the shark tank , Mr. Stewart treated me like I was his daughter or wife or mom he went above and beyond to guide me on prices and even with extended warranty information as well helping me get the best rates possible and I’m like many these days every penny counts ! I wish all Credit Unions and banks hired people who still believe in Old Fashion Customer Service . I do have other institutions I use , and I can say I’ve been with one other almost 30 years and Alliance can give them tips on quality service to , by the quality and care of the professional people they hire to take care of us the consumers.     I cannot say enough GREAT things about Alliance Credit Union and Krisha Sauceda. In the short 3 years I have banked with them they have helped approve me for two personal loans to tackle my debt by offering lower interest rates and affordable monthly payments along with refinancing my vehicle at a lower interest rate and lower monthly payment. I would not use anyone else other than Krisha or Alliance CU.
