Alex called me when I was going to go thru with 2 other mortgage companies and I was about to close. Thinking about it, he had the actual loan that would be best for our situation and the other 2 lenders couldn’t provide for us. We have a 3.625 % rate, didn’t want to refinance but a HELOC so we didn’t give that up. Alex came in, “listened” to our situation and in 5 working days we closed today!!! In short, he gave me good old customer service and we are grateful he persevered in trying to contact us. He educated on how we shouldn’t sign with anyone and please give him an opportunity to give us what we really wanted…. Today, we got what we wanted - & needed!!!! Give him an opportunity to hear your situation and he’ll be honest with you and then made it happen. Thank you Alex!!!!

Would like to tell anyone looking for.mortage help to give Alex a chance, I was so impressed at how easy he made this prosess.. Alex was very knowledgeable and told me the pros and cons of the different types of loans, I had others trying to get me to re finance my 1st which is at 2.7%, bad idea!! But Alex said NO why would you give that up? And gave me the best rate possible on a HELOC, so grateful, Will definitely be calling him again when rates comeDown......Earl Connite
