I met with Naomi a year ago to see if it would be possible for me to purchase my first home. Fast forward to May 2024 and she helped me do just that! Not only did she help me understand the home-buying process- she cared for me along the way. Anytime I had a question, needed clarity or needed something done she was always a call/text away. Thankful for her and Access Credit Union!

I do not truly have words for how amazing Ashlee Buckley is. Her genuine kindness and professionalism I can’t imagine being touched by her competitors. We actually left Amarillo National due to poor customer service and had the complete opposite experience here. If you are looking to purchase a home, you are in good hands with Ms. Buckley!

Just paid off our home!I will have to tell everyone, that the staff at Access Community Credit Union-Mortgage Department have to be probably the best and most competent professionals at their jobs I’ve seen in quite a while! Kudos to Ashlee, Alison and Selina. Thank you ladies for making my experience with mortgage lending and eventual payoff a pleasant experience. If I ever need another home loan in the future, you can bet I’ll be going back to their office to start the process again.
