Trustworthy and secure, our lender, Daniel Langham, worked closely with us every step of the way to secure us the best possible deal in the exceptionally close timeframe we were working with. I only wish there had been more time to see the results of credit repair impact the terms of the mortgage (via lower discount points or a lower initial rate). But this is no reflection on Daniel or Academy - only the harsh reality of how credit works in this country. They cant wait to dock you when you make a mistake, but they take forever when its time to reward your accomplishments.

They were phenominal to work with and it took us a year of finding the right property for our needs! Everything went smoothly and we closed on time! Maureen is a dream! She has not just helped us thru the loan process, she has also acted as my counselor, and a friend. To say I stress is a understatement and even though I am constantly asking questions and worrying she always calls me and calms me down. Walking in with terrible credit she never made us feel bad and in fact did the exact opposite. Shrugged her shoulders and said alright this is what your going to do. She does not clock out at 5 like a lot of other companies, she puts in long hours and I have never not heard a smile on her face when we speak via phone. I did call other lenders prior to being referred to Maureen and one said they could not help me the other never returned my calls. I am truly thankful for all her help and can not thank her enough for all she has done. She has us closing on our new home in late November!

I highly recommend Kendra Crill from Acadmey Mortgage, She went above and beyond with helping my clients get into there first home ever. Our journey was a really hard one after being denied buy a few lenders, hope was slipping away from my clients, but one day I meet Kendra at an event that I went to, and we spoke about the situation that I was going through with my clients. Other lenders had told my clients that it was going to take about a year to get pre-approved. Better believe she helped my clients get pre-approved in a two week, what other lenders had told them that it was going to take a year before they can get into a home. Im beyond blessed and grateful for the work that Kendra had done for my clients. I STRONGLY RECOMEND Kendra for any home Financial needs
