I would recommend Vincent to anyone. When we didn’t have an air conditioner due to shortage of parts. He went and bought one and met me so I could pick it up. He was very sincere and worried about us not having an AC. He made the process of buying a home very simple and quick. He really went above and beyond for my family. I am so in love with my 4 bedroom 2 bath home with 2 living rooms and 2 fireplaces! My kitchen has marble countertops, and a huge island in the middle where my kids sit and talk to me while I cook. Thank you so much to BJ and his amazing sales team for putting the perfect finishing touches on my home and being so helpful throughout the whole process. We are SO HAPPY!!!

Ricky has been awesome to work with and he personally came out to key the locks for us. He has awesome people skills and provides excellent customer service. He has kept us in the loop through the whole process as we have been staying with family while we have waited on our home to be built, delivered and set up. The process of getting everything set up was a little slow but part of that was my fault. From the beginning to the end, each step was outline and the Representative She was awesome making sure we understand the fine line in our contract. I had gone online and design my home. All I had to do is pick my colors for the kitchen and carpet. I have been pleased every since my purchase. Today its going on 3 years.and I want to Thanks Academy Homes for a job well done. My husband and I purchased our home with the help of the Michael, one of the salesman there at Academy. We could not have been happier- even when things got a little bumpy (as they do when buying a home, especially as a first time home buyer), Michael was incredibly level-headed and resourceful, and was so fast to resolve anything that came up. He really felt like our advocate. His communication was on point, and he made the process so painless and broke it down so that it didnt feel overwhelming. I cannot say enough good things; Michael was by far and away the best customer service we have ever received. We are very grateful for his help, he was exactly what we needed in the home-buying process.

There were many instances when our salesmen could have said, Sorry, I have done all, I am able to do. but, to his credit Bryan Barkalow didnt give up on us. He went to bat for us also. Another rare thing, he was available after the sale. Took care of some delivery related issues with contractors.
