We were recommended to consider NeoHome Loans by a friend and we were not disappointed. From the first phone call, Aaron Thomas was friendly and helpful. Aaron took the time to explain their entire process as a mortgage lender, as well as answer any of our questions in a PowerPoint. He is very knowledgeable and personable. During the homebuying phase we worked with Liz Hedeman and Gabrielle Oerter-McLellan; both were great at communicating what was needed and how far along we were. After closing, Liz Moore is the client success manager who is available to help for the years coming. This is a great team who is very good at what they do, communication is on par, and very easy to work with. Highly recommended!
