I would say you cant trust many people in this field, but Aaron is the exception to the rule. I was recommended highly to him from a friend. Day or night Aaron took my call, I even called him 11:00PM once and he was still super nice and professional. I cannot say enough good things about him. He even drove three hours to be with me in person at closing just in case something came up while signing the papers! Nobody does that, Aaron did . First and for most I want to thank Aaron and his team for everything they did for my family and I in helping us purchase our first home. Let me say that we had been struggling for years in trying to qualify for a home loan. Everywere we went to apply it was a big NO, they would say our credit was bad, too much credit card debt and we also had a bankruptcy and needed to work on it. We herd of Aaron and Loan Depot from a friend and didnt hesitate to call. The fist time Aaron spoke with my husband he promised him he was ganna get us a home loan and thats exactly what he did. After months of helping us with clearing some small nick nacks on our credit and making reccomendations in making it work we finally got our loan. He then reffered us to an agent to help us start home hunting. Let me just say this whole experience for us was smooth sailing. We also loved Aarons flexibility and availability to his clients. I usually don’t give reviews but in this case I have to make an exception and let everyone know how wonderful my buying experience was. This is my second time purchasing a home. The first time was not so pleasant and with that I was really dreading the whole process. Aaron was helpful from the beginning. He talked me off the ledge many times due to such a crazy market. We put in 5 offers and Aaron was there every time to talk us up to the selling agents and put them at ease. We selected to due a 24 day close to be competitive. Aaron didn’t let us down, he closed it in 18 days with no hiccups. He is very responsive and knowledgeable. He was available at all times of the day or night.
