Aaron has been great during the entire process. I met Aaron several years ago thru my RE Agent when I just moved to Austin. We kept in touch and gave me a few tips as to how we could improve our credit and ways to secure funding in purchasing a home. After several years of looking & waiting for the right time, we made the move to purchase a home and Aaron was there to walk us thru all the steps. Aaron helped us not only secure a loan with a great rate but made the home buying experience much easier than what we went thru in the past. Bobby and his whole team is absolutely amazing!!! Kris and Spencer we don’t have enough time in the world to say enough about how wonderful, kind and caring you both were thru the whole process. Kris walked us thru everything literally line by line and was very prompt with her response to any questions or concerns we had. She was so honest and straight forward with everything. Spencer came right in and picked right up behind Kris and not only was he sweet and knowledgeable but he let us know they were there for us and our needs. He was promptly responding to our emails and calls and ,text. He made us so comfortable and we didn’t feel lost in this process. Honestly my husband and I were pretty sad that our journey came to an end so quickly but hands down this is the best experience I’ve ever had while refinancing our home. we will be telling all of our friends and family about this company and can’t wait to work with them again. I cant give Aaron Williams over at 56 Home Loans enough credit. He absolutely did a fantastic job with my recent mortgage loan. Aaron kept me updated throughout the entire process and was always just a quick phone call or text message away. Aaron was well prepared when it came to ensuring we had everything checked off and ready to close well in advance, even with the added obstacle of dealing with COVID 19 stipulations. Aaron also was able to get us some of the best rates available, even the lady at the Title Company was impressed with the rate we got. I will absolutely be using Aaron and 56 Home Loans again and recommending them to anyone and everyone.

Aaron’s guidance through the lending process was absolutely invaluable. He is very responsive and knowledgeable about all kinds of mortgage programs and he was able to quickly guide us toward the best mortgage program that met our specific needs when we recently purchased a home. We ended up with a great interest rate and we were ready to close early due to his hard work and diligence. Once we initiated the process to apply for a mortgage, he kept us informed about where we were in the process on a regular basis and always took the time to thoroughly answer all of our questions. I cannot recommend this company enough if you are looking to finance a home!

We had an excellent experience with 56 Home Loans. Aaron was incredibly responsive and very knowledge on the entire re-fi process. He guided us every step of the way and with his assistance we were able to close within 25 days. Three weeks from closing we locked in our rate, then interests rates went down – yes every borrowers fear, but Aaron was able to work some magic and get us a lower rate even after we locked in. I would highly recommend 56 Home Loans for any re-fi or mortgage needs.

Let me tell ya’ll about my rollercoaster of a house buying experience, and you’ll see why Aaron Williams at 56 Home Loans deserves so much more than whatever commission he received from the sale and purchase of my houses.TL;DR – Super responsive, kept all deadline promises, best home rates out of 3 different mortgage companies (including 2 credit unions whom I’ve been a member of for decades), will recommend to anyone who will listen.I decided to sell my house on a whim, so I called a realtor friend to make it happen. He says I can use whoever I want, but he works with a broker with a great incentive and great rates, who just so happens to be a really great human.I call my friend thats a broker; talk to him for a few minutes, fill out some paperwork, then receive no follow-up after a week. I do NOT like waiting, and if there are already this many delays - it would probably only get worse.So I call my realtor’s guy – Aaron Williams with 56 Home Loans. Aaron answered every single question that I had in the kindest, most patient tone I’ve ever heard. This was important to me because I was already overwhelmed.I went under contract to sell my house, worked with Aaron to make offers on three houses -each more expensive than the last. Aaron did the work early to know what I could afford - and it was way more than I thought, so the process was so easy.I was under a contingent contract for an expensive house, and 3 days before closing, the sale of my house fell through.I was devastated, frustrated, overwhelmed, and homeschooling a 5 year old during COVID while working full time. BAD times.Relisted my house, got immediate offers, so I started looking for my new dream home again. Found an ‘okay’ house even further out of my price range, but in the dream school district. He adds the cherry on top – because this dream house was in a place with a lower tax rate – the payment on this dream house would be less than they would have been on the okay house!! AND –the interest rate I would receive was AMAZING!! Talk about a dream come true!! Seriously!3 days before closing – I made a money mistake that was causing big problems. Aaron was on the phone all day to try and get the paperwork fixed so there wasn’t the slightest delay. I closed on my dream house, on time, with perfect financial security for the future!!Grateful is an understatement, and I will sing the praises of Aaron Williams with 56 Home Loans to everyone. He provided education, support and encouragement, he answered every single phone call and either answered my questions or got the answers and followed up with me within a day. He literally did the paperwork/legwork for me to buy a house 3-4 times, and I only bought one!A week later, an EMPLOYEE of my broker friend (not even my broker friend himself) called asking if I was ready to sell my house, and apologized for the delay because “you know…COVID.”My response-“Actually no, I closed on a house last week - COVID didn’t slow MY broker down for one second.” Aaron also called three weeks after closing – just to check in to make sure I was settled, and chatted over the joys of homeschooling while working full time. “You know…COVID!”
