We made a deposit from the 1st University Credit Union in Waco, where we live, which is our Fort Worth City Credit Union’s sister CU and it was seamless! First University is a great credit Union whom we have worked with for the past 17 years off and on. They are very helpful and always have taken care of our needs for loans. Patti Parker is an amazing loan officer who is very helpful and responsive in helping you get your loan taken care of and processed. I highly recommend 1stUCU!

Everyone who helped was courteous, knowledgeable, and did more than the minimum. The first person who initiated my request for a lost card, checked and found that my lost card was taken and used and the fraud department had caught it. She could have just requested and charged me for the replacement card, but she did a step further and checked to make sure nothing was wrong with my account. Things like this is what makes the difference in dealing with banking problems and having a good experience or horrible one.
