    Ordered a small shed for my chickens and sheep after a tornado took out my barn. Its very high quality, and will last for years. After the delivery, I saw the shed was slightly unlevel. I knew Bobby was still just down the street, so I called him. He turned back around and we fixed the problem right away. He was very professional very nice about turning around..I highly recommend Saddlebrooke.

    Very awesome experience so far. Only one complaint is we bought all the blocks that was on the list, when they delivered they said we were 20 short. I have noticed there is wood they used to level it and hopefully it stays.

    During our search for a Tiny Home for my mother in law, my daughter recommended we check out Saddle Brook Homes. We are so very glad we did! From the ease of looking around the Saddle Brooke website, working with Treyce from design through construction, to the delivery of the home, I cant express the incredible level of satisfaction we have experienced. Treyce was ALWAYS available to answer our questions, professionally and respectfully. Treyce guided us through the entire design process and provided floorplans with detailed information. During the actual construction of the home, Treyce went above and beyond by communicating each step and sending photos of the progress. In a most humble and genuine manner, Treyce made certain we knew he appreciated our business and wanted us to be happy with the finished home. Lindsey, the young lady who handled scheduling the delivery of the home, albeit a brief encounter, was very kind and professional, as well. She reached out with a phone call to initially inform us of the delivery date and followed that up with a confirmation email. Then the delivery day!!! My mother in law, my husband ..... and even a couple neighbors joined in my excitement, awaiting the arrival of the Tiny Home! And there she is ..... being carefully transported and delicately delivered! We were all thrilled to see that bright yellow home being ever so carefully unloaded from the 18 wheeler flat bed and maneuvered magically onto the concrete pad by Zach and Jeffrey ...... and that cool little machine! Those two young men did the work of a 10 man crew, quickly and efficiently, unloading, moving the home into its proper location, lining it up perfectly on the slab, setting the home up on blocks, leveling it and making certain all the doors and windows functioned properly! Everyone we had the pleasure of working with at Saddle Brooke Homes were EXCEPTIONAL!!!! We Highly Recommend Saddle Brooke Homes when youre ready to build a tiny home, camp, cabin, shed .... or probably any portable structure you can dream up. They are amazing!!! Thank You All for making our tiny home building journey so stress free and successful.

    I Had a Great experience working with Dillion, he recommended the colors & I love our 16X50 Cabin shed turned out Great and came just in time for the fall season and it’s fully customized with the Framing and Electric package. Dillion was great with communication and making sure everything was taken care of from the time I went out to meet with him threw today with the delivery I most definitely will be using Saddle Brook for our second building in the future.

    Breyer was a great communicator and was available when I️ had questions. The home is just what we wanted and was painted to match our log home. If anything gets nicked or disturbed during shipment, Daniel comes and repairs it right away. We had some minor issues that are expected. The only thing I️ would have liked differently is having larger drawings for concrete pour. Our porches aren’t exactly right, but we can remedy this easily. Overall, we are pleased and are thinking about getting another one. Kudos to the Saddlebrooke team! Now onto landscaping!

    Hassle free, stress free, worry free, and did I mention stress free? There’s a huge decision you have to make when making a purchase like this and most people over look the business and the employees when buying a shed. It’s a shed. Not for us. this shed was going to be the house that my girlfriend and I live in for the first year at our new property which we had to move to quickly to avoid winter roads coming from Washington state with our farm and lives in tow. So the people we purchased from needed to be quality people. You look all over Facebook market place and google for “sheds near me” and every add says they are the best and the offer this and that just to get you to respond. These guys and gals responded immediately and every promise and offer was held true, not just because it’s their job but because that’s just who they are. We are already planning our next 2 buildings from them and couldn’t be more happy with the quality of both the shed and the service.

    We got a really good price on a previous yeah model, and minimal shipping since we are out of the 150 mile range. The color wad perfect since we will ge changing the color on our house to coordinating colors. There was some damage in shipping but the made the long trip and fixed it looks really nice. We look forward to finishing it out. The guys who set up were really nice and did a fantastic job even though they got here late because Of OkDOT we are very happy.

    We visited SaddleBrooke in DeKalb to meet with Treyce, who handled the entire process of ordering, designing and arranging delivery of our cabin. I cannot imagine this having gone any smoother from beginning to end. He was extremely attentive and responded immediately to my numerous questions/concerns. Customer service like this in todays world stands out; Treyce and the entire group at SaddleBrooke have set the bar very high in that regard.The delivery of our cabin today was executed FLAWLESSLY by Alex and team (after ordering it less than 6 weeks ago). We chose to go with the electrical/plumbing rough out and spray foam which puts us one step ahead for the finish out. Excellent company... great customer service.

    They are amazing people nice and all. We got it with a hole in the wall the ac unit didn’t work. The back wall has to be replaced due to some kinda behind the wall damn. The walls are super thin. Who ever did the inside of ours they didn’t do it right. So my husband is replacing and redoing things that should have been done right the first time. But we are very blessed to have something instead of nothing.

    When we went to SaddleBrook Life and met Bryce we new we had landed at the right place. Bryce let us look at a couple of cabins then we went into his office. Within about 1 hour he had printed out our future home! And the price was not bad either. Keep in mind, we decided to finish out the inside. Our home arrived about 7 weeks later. The delivery guys got it unloaded from our small country road and brought it to its home. They were great! (curvy driveway and mechanical problems) We have told many people about Bryce and SaddleBrook Life.

    I know I was a real challenge to deal with at times and I give a tip of my hat to all, especially Bryer. He did a hell of a job to keep a dozen balls in the air at one time - questions, gripes, changes, etc. The guys who delivered the cabin on March 1 were truly outstanding. Well trained men who really knew their jobs.The cabin arrived in great shape except for a front door that wont close completely. I understand that someone will come down and fix it.All in all, I commend everyone for a job well done.

    We have experienced excellent results from Breyer Caraway and the team from SaddleBrooke. We purchased a home from them in September of 2023, and it was ordered, built, and delivered within2 weeks! The build quality is extremely good, and Breyer was totally involved with us every step of the way. The 16x40’ we ordered was originally planned to be a guest quarters next to our planned retirement home. Plans changed, unfortunately, and we needed to make the “guest quarters” into a permanent residence for us. Called Bryce to see what, if any options were available, and with his help, we are adding a 16x12’ addition to the original building.     We (Hostetler Roofing) bought a 20x60 portable office building from these guys.SALES, 5 STARSTheir sales process was straight forward and Austin did a good job following up with me until we decided to pull the trigger.PRODUCTION, 4 STARSThe production part was a little more complicated because they offer lots of options ranging from sizes of buildings to siding options to paint and metal colors. We had them frame in some inside walls and ended up having some miscommunication on where I wanted doors that was due to the fact that I didnt call the right person to confirm what I needed. They also provided electrical and insulation as a service and we decided to have them install it.DELIVERY, 5 STARSDay of delivery everything went excellent. Driver Alex and his helper Jeff were scurrying around installation went excellent.OVERALL 5 StarsI would recommend anyone to do business with Saddle Brook as I believe they are honest people who will treat you right.

    Nate was very great and easy to deal with. I am going through a lot of personal stuff at the moment which made it almost impossible to get the deal done and I would not have been able to if it would not have been for him going above and beyond.     The team was very patient with us as we had to attempt to get it in the gate we just put up and it wouldn’t fit, we ended up having to take down fencing. Also wasn’t able to use the semi to pull it down the drive so he ended up using his machine to pull down the 0.5 mile drive almost. Proceeded to set up and they knew what they were doing and they were done in about an hour. Highly recommend!

    Ordered an 18’X40’ cabin on July 22nd, and it was delivered on August 8th. So the process is quick and no long waits compared to other places in the area. Everyone I talked to was very respectful and professional. Overall a great experience and if I decide to get another building will most definitely go through here again.
