    Devin was super helpful and sweet. She was able to answer all of my questions about the home buying process and showed me some great options to make my dreams a reality. She made me feel like I was her only customer and walked me through the entire process from beginning to end so that I never felt lost or confused. The homes to choose from were so modern and elegant that it made my choice very hard, but she was able to help me make the right choice by just listening to me to find out what I needed and wanted in my new home.

    I highly recommend Palm Harbor for your mobile homes...my husband and I got lucky to get welcomed in by Jr the general manager and from there he became our salesman he asked what was our range and what was we looking for in a home and helped us finding our beautiful home. This was our 1st time Big purchase on a home nervous hoping we were doing everything right and when I say from Jr to Mrs. Patricia to Adrienne they were amazing and answered any questions we had and if the answers couldnt be answer they made sure they found the answer and we understood every step into buy a home. All 3 were a phone call or text away.

After speaking with his manager Kevin found a home still in process. The entire team Kevin, JR, Adrienne, Patricia all helped walk us thru the process, from delivering to our land to the full set up ready to move in. If you are looking for a starter home or the home for the family this is the place and team to find it. All I can say is what are waiting for? Get up and go see them.

From the moment we stepped in, J.R. and his manager Dylan have been nothing short of a real privilege to work with.     I found Palm Harbor through a Facebook page Krystal homes that a mutual friend liked. My husband and I are relocating to the area later this year for work so we decided to stop in. Unsure on whether to rent, or buy, Crystal was so kind, knowledgeable and helpful that we are now sure this the avenue to go with this big move. We are interested in the Arlington and once my husband signs his papers we will definitely be back to purchase from her. Great employees are the door openers to great business and so far so good!!!
