    Josh and Mario are two phenomenal salesmen AND people. They were both very very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. I went in with hopes of buying a home but it unfortunately isn’t the right time. Josh and Mario both took the time to answer every single question I had no matter how silly it seemed to me. I can not recommend Josh and Mario enough. If you’re looking for a phenomenal experience, this is your place and these are your guys! Without a doubt, whenever it’s the right time for me to purchase a new home, you can guarantee this is where I’ll go!

    Wes Swan with Palm Harbor of Tyler is who we are working with. He has been great. We were shown several homes based on what we were interested in and found one we are in love with. We have started the process and are very happy so far. He is a wonderful, laid back guy who made us feel comfortable and not pressured. We dont feel like he is just trying to make a sale and get us out of his office. He has been transparent with all the questions we have thrown at him and there is something to be said about that.     Go see Josh Cooke. What a professional. We went to Oak Creek homes. Do NOT go there. Glenn lied to us and said nobody does trade ins but PH does. They gave several financing options and they have been low key knowing it’s a process.Oak Creek homes tried to rip us off with a $300k mobile home. Tried to make us feel like we didn’t want the things we did want wasn’t good for us. Tried to devalue the same home they sold my wife and her deceased husband. HELLO its your product.Please consider Josh at Palm Harbor first. You won’t be disappointed.

The only regret that i have was too scared to go in and get started sooner. He will helped you from filling up the forms and getting you a loan approval.

    Stopped in today to get an idea of prices and layouts for me and my fiance. Spoke with Mila and she was amazing, knowledgeable and open to anything questions or suggestions that I had. She is very patient as I am a person who needs moments to visualize and talk things out and she let me go through and talk it out for however long at each house she took me to see. I definitely would recommend them and see Mila she is the best and will get you everything you need without any problems or impatience. I also had my 7 year old son with me and she was very caring and accommodating to him as was the rest of the staff. 10/5 stars forsure!!

    We took a tour yesterday with the new associate he was very friendly however, he was new and didnt quite know the ins and outs just yet. Felt like we were just hanging out with a good friend, unfortunately compared to other modular home dealerships in Tyler what we could get for our money didnt highly compare. Good sales men overall and if your able to stretch your beginner home budget the Encore was beautiful!

    First. You have to acknowledge that the business of sales is just that, SALES. It is the purpose of every employee of a company like this to sell a home. However, the approach of the sales person says a lot about the company they represent. As I walked in to Palm Harbor Homes I was already frustrated and Natalies reaction was going to break the proverbial Camels back or provide much needed calm in a storm. I can say that Aaron and Natalie have done all that they have promised. Stella is prompt and organized. My experience has been near perfect. I have a home on my property that I am proud of. I havent felt rushed or pressured. I had been dealing with another local company and even though the Palm Harbor team was aware of the difficulties noone spoke ill of my previous salesperson from the other company. I would purchase another home from Palm Harbor without hesitation.

    My husband and I recently started looking for a home to buy, we had started our day at 7am, our last stop was palm harbor homes at 4pm we had little expectations for the visit, but we walked in and werent immediately rushed with a salesman which I love! We met Samantha Lyon who is AMAZING! she was so sweet and patient, she was very knowledgeable about the products and what they had to offer, she made the high numbers not look so high, she went through and crunched numbers, and we also had the privilege of meeting the general manager who is a sweetheart who made sure our questions were answered and our fears or concerns were met with a smiling caring face and tone.     Palm Harbor came highly recommended to us from an insurance adjuster. He told us they had the best quality of all the builders he had worked with.Our visits and walk throughs confirmed this.I also like that everything that goes into them is name brand making future repairs and fixes easier.Our rep was Jerry Gennings. Besides being extremely knowledgable and friendly Jerry was a breath of fresh air compared to other companies we had tried to engage. Some folks call the attitude here laidback, sometimes to me it seems lackadaisical.Not Jerry. He is in constant communication with us. When the home movers dropped the ball, Jerry came out with the land services folks. Wanted to have some trees cleared, Jerry hooked us up with a forester and a company to help with our land.I highly recommend Palm Harbor and in particular, Jerry. If you want a quality home and a representative you can work with that will keep you in the loop, they are a team you cant go wrong with.
