    From start to finish, working with Modular Homes of Texas was a joy. My family needed a weekend house large enough for three families to be built within a specific timeline. When we started this process in July 2023, Melissa C. was extremely helpful with information and ideas. She and Gary S. helped us design a house plan that could suit our needs. Meredith C. was most helpful in choosing our colors and other finishes. Our on site manager, Kevin C. was absolutely the best. He communicated with me at every step of the house delivery and setup. Our new modular home was completed in early November 2023, a full 30 days before our deadline. It is a beautiful asset to our property. Thanks, MHOT for a great job!

    Modular homes of Texas did an AMAZING job for my parents! They had to cut our cattle fence as well as maneuver over a ditch and busy county road. They whole process was impressive to watch. They were so kind and personable while being 100% professional. Highly recommend!

    We had an outstanding experience working with MHOT! From the early conversations, to design details and finish out options they were quick to respond, always available to answer questions and really helpful as we thought through all the decisions. They accommodated our design preferences without hesitation and gave us good guidance through that process. The project was completed within their estimated timeframe, which is huge when building anything!! Their crews were pleasant and respectful of our property when here and did a good job with cleanup whenever they left for more than a day. We are very very pleased with the quality of construction. Kevin, Gary and Melissa know what they are doing!! We highly recommend this business without reservation. They build modular homes all across Texas. You wont go wrong calling them.

    The folks at Modular Homes of Texas are the absolute best to work with! Melissa, Kevin, Gary & Meredith worked with me to ensure a relatively smooth purchase & construction experience. There will always be unforseen problems that crop up, and when they did on my project, Kevin & Melissa always stepped up to help solve those.I looked into other modular home companies while researching for my project, and the combination of options, build process & personalities cemented my decision to go with MHOT.If youre looking to have a modular home set up on your property, you would be doing yourself a disservice if you didnt choose Modular Homes of Texas to do that for you.From the bottom of my heart, thank you Kevin, Melissa, Gary and Meredith!     These guys are seriously incredible! From the very first time meeting with them we knew they were going to be the people building our forever home. I hand drew a floor plan I had my heart set on and Gary was able to create it exactly!! Melissa and Meredith helped us visualize and customize the end product and Kevin and his crew executed it to perfection. Our home was completed just before the craziest winter weather Texas has ever seen, so if there was ever a test on the construction of a home; that was definitely it - and we came through it without any issues! These guys are professional, kind and treated us like we were their only client even though I know they are working with multiple other families at the same time. So, if you are looking to build modular, Modular of Texas is definitely the way to go! I cant thank them enough for literally building our dream.

    Excellent experience from start to finish! The team at Modular Homes of Texas took care of all those details I didnt know how to handle - like permits and hurricane zones - so that all I had to focus on was choose my building. Their selection of materials was good and I found that if I wanted something not in their standard play list they were more than accommodating. Construction was fast and exceeded my expectations. My modular home is gorgeous! These are professionals and downright great to do business with. I would recommend them to all.

    You will NOT find better people to build your dream home! They worked very hard to create the perfect floor plan for my family. Their houses are absolutely beautiful and 100% custom built! Mr. Gary, Melissa, Meredith and Mr. Kevin treated us like family, and are some of the kindest, most generous people I’ve ever met! If you’re looking for a builder, go see the wonderful folks at Modular Homes of Texas! You won’t be disappointed!!

    We purchased our home almost 2 years ago. I can not speak highly enough about Kevin and his team. He always answers my calls, and his folks come out and take care of any issues we have had. Which to be honest have been pretty minor. Now I know you can not please everyone all the time but they certainly go out of there way to make things right. Check them out and speak to others who have had homes by these folks for awhile.

    As someone who does considerable research before scheduling appointments with potential builders, I have to say I am impressed with this team. They are real people working to provide a great home and finished product for their buyers. The first thing to point out is most other modular builders will require you to put money down to start drawing blueprints, Modular Homes of Texas does not. AND on top of it, Gary is in house, an owner and sits down with you to make sure the first draft is as close to your dream home as possible. Second, the way they engineer their foundation slab is vastly different than other modular builders. This makes a huge difference folks! We personally went onsite to one of their homes they were finishing and the quality of craftsmanship was right there with a custom builder. From a couple who has done a custom build in the past, I LOVED that the other owner of the company is onsite everyday ensuring quality and working with their construction crews. You will get exceptional service from real people who know and remember you by name from this group!

    Kevin and his team go above and beyond to help where needed. They get things done in a timely fashion (Im very remote so that hard to do). Friendly and trustworthy. Definitely recommend. And Melissa at the office is simply the best. She wrangles those guys and keeps everything going. Love them.
