Love living here, the sense of community is a large presence here at trails at the park. The manager is kind and fair. Always has my back in sensitive situations. Such as a fair rent for very low incomes. A beautiful campus, well maintained and a therapeutic pool is included. I broke my leg several years ago. The pool is ready for the exercises I require. With a special place to lower the handicapped into the shallow end of the pool. Right next to the MARY SEARIGHT PARK! WHAT A PARK TOO! EXCELLENT experience with trails. Ty Julie where are you? She was the manager in 2007 when I moved in. She taught the present manager well. Ty Tony Gallindo as well! Family oriented living in a big ol City, like Austin has become. Bus stop is either way to fabulous shopping like south park meadow or Tanglewood shopping center. Either way you cant go wrong living here.

I want to start off by thanking the manager Tony and the leasing agent Fiorella! Super helpful through every step of the way. Not to mention the apartments are very clean and up to date I have no complaints.

I was fortunate enough to come across this apartment complex when I was searching for my very first apartment. I’ve been here a little over a year and I’ve had nothing but good experiences. Parking is never an issue and the neighborhood itself is super calm plus the park next door is super convenient for a nice stroll. Veronica has been beyond helpful whatever little concern occurs or if I’m ever in a bind she always provides resources and ensures that my family is taken care off! I’m beyond thankful!!

I love my apartment and the maintenance crew. The office is usually helpful, but they do sometimes tell me a simple service Ive requested as a person with a disability is against their policy. The hilly terrain makes it somewhat hard for a disabled person to get around, though things have improved since theyve added ramps at the ends of sidewalks leading to the parking lot, where before there were only curbs. Another thing I love is the twice-monthly food pantry: you get to choose what you want, the selection is always good, and the people are wonderfully friendly and helpful. There are many activities, though not too many someone with my physical limitations can take part in. There are also services like free tax preparation. The campus is very attractive.

Love this place just hard for someone pregnant to walk. I live at the very front and everything including the learning center, laundry room, pantry is located in the back of complex. Maybe after baby is born I can walk the distance.

Family Friendly, additional activities, with school bus pickup & dropoff, right in front of Community; Downside: Directly ON (notice the name) 8000 Slaughter Ln. { I, personally was hit by a Car, when trying to cross the street, one morning... Stopped & Changed the course of my life. } But, the Apartments are Great !

Free food pantry every other week here. And reduced cost housing in a city known for its high rents. All thanks to Foundation Communities, a nonprofit organization. Good job!
