Kolin with Powell Property Works moved a sprinkler head for me and also troubleshooted a potential leak in my lines. Kolin did a fantastic job, was quick, and very professional. He even came out a second time to confirm that where I thought there was a leak, there wasnt. Powell Propery Works was easy to work with, were able to come to my house within a few days of me contacting them, and got the job done. They are now my go-to for any kind of sprinkler maintenance or repair. I highly recommend them.

They were great! Kolin came over and looked at all of my sprinkler heads for free to tell me what he recommended to make my lawn greener. I told him I was on a budget and he gave me ways I could fix it my self as a temporary fix until we had the money to make the recommended changes. We scheduled to fix the sprinklers a few weeks out because he was booked out, but then ended up doing it a week early because someone had canceled. He was super easy to talk to and didnt make me feel stupid any time I asked him a question. I would highly recommend!!

Kolin has been my go to guy to get my lawn in top shape during this summer heat wave we’ve been facing in 2024. He repaired many of my sprinklers that weren’t doing their job and reengineered the sprinklers on my step up walk out to a drip system which avoided large puddles of water each water cycle. I hired 2 companies to give me an assessment on my sprinklers this spring, to check my coverage, adjust and repair any heads, and to move a few. The first came over and was a low level guy from a large landscape company, and then Kolin came second.It wasnt even comparable on what I was advised on and the service I got. Kolin was thorough, did a great job in explaining, and my confidence level in him made it a no brainer. Exactly the reason I wanted to hire a pro instead of just doing it mysekf, was tge outcome I got. I was impressed abd glad I got 2 opinions. Powell Property Works did exactly what I wanted and was what I was hoping for.
