Excellent experience. Very happy with my choice in picking this company even before the grass was installed. Shane stayed in constant contact with me before, during and after the work was done. Crew was very polite and hard working. Would definitely use this company again and refer to anyone who needs this service.

They made a very detailed assessment of all the issues in my yard. They made a plan to replace the weak and missing sections of grass. They aerated, treated the fungus, and scraped off the old grass and weeds. After the sod was down they checked the sprinklers to make sure the heads were coming up through the new sod. They left a detailed after care list for us follow to care for our new sod, set the sprinkler watering times, and cleaned up. Now we just need some warm weather and sun and I think we will have a beautiful lawn again.

Shane with Dallas Turf and Irrigation gave me one of the best experiences Ive had with a professional in a very long time. As a first time homeowner I was overwhelmed with frustration to the fact I had a broken pipe in my front yard, and only within a month of living there. We had Dallas shut off our water the night before because we were losing 5 gallons a minute. My wife was so upset. I called the first business I found online. Shane was prompt and so polite. He educated me about the situation and how to fix the problem. I immediately felt at ease. He quickly located and fixed the problem... so fast that I was surprised I was able to make it back to work within my usual lunch hour. I will not forget how kind and professional Shane with Dallas Turf and Irrigation was. I will be recommending him to all my family and friends. Thank you for saving me so much trouble Shane!
