    Can I please give them 10 Stars!!!! Affordable Lawn Maintenance does such a great job for me!! Ive used them for three years and Im ecstatically happy. They are so quick and thorough. I love that they also do stuff like clean out my gutters!! As a single woman who works full time, its a godsend to have my yard completely taken care of. And they are so customer friendly with their policies. No contract. And they give me a courtesy reminder 24 hrs in advance so if my yard doesnt need it, I just text them to wait. It literally couldnt be easier. Im super happy!

    I dont use them every week, as my yard is small and doesnt grow very fast here in Austin Summers. They are very good at what they do. Very efficient, reasonably priced and do a quality job. The crew is very friendly and accommodating. Just had gutters cleaned, leaves cleaned up. Michael is always working alongside his crew. I highly recommend their services.

    I have used Affordable Lawn Maintenance for over five years and I Love them! They cut my grass, clean up the leaves and are very dependable! The emails which they send the day before always allow me to call if I have a problem with that schedule! I think they are the Best!

    Amazing Job. Our yard had been neglected throughout the Winter and we scheduled lawn service with Affordable and imagine my surprise when I arrived home to such a great looking yard. All the debris, leaves and sticks were cleaned up. Every item in our busy back yard was trimmed and cleaned and even our back patio and pool deck was left swept and clean. Affordable Lawn Maintenance did a great job and have become our new lawn service. Added benefit, my neighbors complimented us our our yard!!!. Thank you Affordable for a great job and thank you for keeping us updated during our rain delays.

    Ive been using Affordable for probably about 25 years. Mike Kuhn, the owner, is a detail-oriented professional who always has great crews and they always do a fabulous job on my yard. They give notice by e-mail of upcoming appointment and arrange a texting system for verifying or changing appointments if needed. It is all very efficient and as the name of the business says, affordable. I cant recommend Affordable Lawn Maintenance enough!

    Jeanne and Michael Kuhn have been taking care of my house in south Austin for over four years. I would keep using them if I werent moving away. They are affordable, reliable, and super easy to deal with. You get an email reminding of their visit 24 hours before (if you dont need it, just text them and tell them to come back in a couple of weeks). If you do need it, just text them and they will come out as soon as they are able. Best of all, they wont try to sell you anything you didnt ask for. They send you an invoice via email and you can just pay through PayPal or send them a check. The only way it gets easier is if you have a personal assistant handle it for you.

    Our lawn has never looked better, honestly. There is a HUGE difference between the time, care, and effort that Affordable puts into the service and any other service I have used. My wife even remarked on the difference. Also, my previous two providers just stopped showing up. I called Mike out of desperation, and he came out personally that time, and has shown up regularly since. I also appreciate his notifications and handling of any last minute cancellations or requests.

    Affordable Lawn Maintenance has been doing my yard for about a year. Over this period of time, I have never had one complaint. They communicate with me on a regular basis to let me know if they are offering seasonal services I might want to take advantage of, and to tell me when they are going to be in my area if were not on a regular schedule. This allows me to use the service on an as needed case. Their work is first class and they are reliable. Jeannie sends me an invoice by email and I pay by PayPal. How much easier could it be?!

    Used Mike and his crews for five years, and found the company to be punctual and dependable. I would give 5 stars, except I just dont do that very easily. There were the normal concerns like hitting the gate with equipment and breaking s slat, hitting sprinkler heads, etc. But, if thats all I can complain about after five years, thats not too bad! I recommend Afforable Lawn Maintenance without hesitation.

    Abel is great! He always calls back and sticks to the times he promises. He keeps you up to day. The work is great!!! I have only 4 stars because I find him a little pricey. That being said, we have been using him for over 2 years. He really is a great, safe, polite, efficient, professional and I recommend him to my friends all the time. Im not a robot. You want my cell? Lol. Cant say enough good things about this team except LOWER MY BILL. πŸ˜¬πŸ‘πŸΌπŸ‘ŒπŸΌπŸ‘πŸΌ

    These guys are great. Reasonable price, with quality service. They never charge you for work they havent done (some landscapers do). But these guys are honest, do a good job, and use text to communicate. A+++

    You can count on Mike and the guys. They show up on schedule, work fast, and leave the yard with crisp edges and clipping-free. I can tell Mike really cares because hes always keeping an eye out for little things to improve. For example: shaping the canopy of my young tree, unprompted. Ask them about random jobs besides the grass, like Fall leaf cleanup or beating back a monster hedge.
