They did an amazing job cleaning up the yard and property around our house. It was very overgrown. We told them what we wanted and they made suggestions and came up with a plan! They got started right away and had it finished in 3 days. It included trimming trees and hedges, pulling weeds and laying g down new weed blocker in the beds along with removing old landscaping rocks and laying down new and finally mulching everything. The crew was great and worked their butts off!!! We will definitely be using them again!

I am very pleased with the results of our lawn job performed by John and his team at Marshall Lawn and Landscape. They installed several pallets of Zoysia grass around our pool area. From the beginning, John stayed in communication with us keeping us updated on the project until the material arrived. He then completed the work in a timely and professional manner. He also advised us about how to take care of our new lawn. John is very knowledgeable and quite pleasant to work with!I highly recommend him for any lawn care.

We chose ML&L to re-sod our 3500+ sqft back yard mainly due to the Google reviews and our impressions from working with John F. to deteremine the needs and options for the job. We were able to consider lots of possible grasses and the pros and cons of each. John was very helpful with the process and directed us to the best resources for our needs. Once we were set, the job went off exactly as planned and predicted. John communicated well and his crew was courteous, well mannered and hard working. We would recomend always staying on top of each days progress and reporting to John if you have any questions or concerns. In our case, he took care of them all. If youre not clear about something with John, dont let it slip. He does want to do a great job. We found his pricing a little high but we think that about everything these days! Stay on top of what you expect and John will deliver. We highly recommend ML&L.

We had Marshall Lawn and Landscape install a 100 ft French drain with 2 downspout connections and it works even better than we expected. We can sit outside now when it rains and there is absolutely no water on the back porch. They started on time and finished before they said they would I highly recommend and will use them again for all our future outdoor projects.
