10 stars, two thumbs up, and a smile on my face!Cant say enough good words about them. They came to our rescue in a pinch with a tight deadline. Everyone we dealt with in the office and the field crew was exceptionally professional, polite, and a pleasure to work with.I would highly recommend them and will be a loyal customer for any future surveying/land platting needs I may have in the future.

This place is FANTASTIC. I did an email inquiry and received a response the same evening. The quote came back within 24 hours and the entire job was finished in 5 days which was 2 days ahead of schedule. So glad to have found this company. I dont know when Ill be buying another house lol but Im definitely gonna use them.

Extremely impressed. Needed an updated survey on a property because some markers were missing and this team knocked it out in a blink of an eye. I put the call in, and Im almost positive, it was the next day it was marked out there already. Great survey company!

Our family wants to recognize and send our most sincere appreciation for By-Line Surveying and their team. Our dearest mother passed away quickly because of her cancer and we had discussed for years creating a family cemetery out here in the country, on our land but we never took action. Well, the unthinkable happened and we desperately needed a surveying company to survey our land, so we could meet state and county requirements to designate the land as a cemetery. All other companies were 2 or 3 weeks behind and would have charged us twice as much. By-Line accepted my plea and rushed out to do the survey and delivered the documents to us, so that we could get the approval and bury our dearest matriarch here on the landbeneath the trees, just like she wanted. Wow. I didn’t have the first clue as the what the surveying process was. I was recommended a subpar company in Mineola and after a horrible on the phone experience I decided I would try something else. From the first moment they answered the phone they were friendly, professional and eager to help!! Within an hour had me an estimate emailed and a time frame the survey would be completed!! So far amazing service and will definitely recommend them!
