My fiancé got me a diamond heart ring for our engagement. It came on a white gold band. I wanted to change it to platinum so it wouldn’t have to be replated later. I searched online for stores that could switch out the band, and I’m so thankful people mentioned Village Goldsmith! Andres is the person there who creates & repairs jewelry. He came from a jewelry making family & has been working with jewelry since he was a child. I found Andres to be honest, helpful, kind, and someone who pays attention to detail. He helped me pick exactly the band I needed for my ring. Then he had it done in just a few days! His work was good and sturdy, and the price very reasonable. I highly recommend Andres and Village Goldsmith if you want to create or change any of your jewelry!

Great place for jewelry repair! I just took in a necklace that was important to my disabled mom. The chain was broken. I was expecting to drop it off and get it back later. The guy was so nice:-)He took it back and fixed it quickly and when I asked what I owe he pointed to the kids charity box on the counter and just asked me to make a donation! I wish I had more time to browse their jewelry because he had some gorgeous pieces. I’ll be back..

Village Goldsmith Antiques is fantastic! I love their selection. I was in town visiting a friend and I always stop in at independent jewelry stores. They were super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Next time Im in Dallas, Ill come by again -- the estate sale section is my favorite!Thanks for the wonderful experience!
