We opened a savings and checking account for my 16 year old son today and Fran provided outstanding service! She shared great financial advice and some fun antidotes about life lessons around money matters. She should teach a class on budgeting and financial planning. Ive had a great experience with Velocity! They were really understanding when I was going through health issues and got confused on some payments due to the meds I was on.I went into this location and Fran was incredibly patient, kind and helpful. Fran is the best! -

I love my credit union. Been traveling all over for a year and they were super helpful in maintaining my account and any issues that came up. Everyone is always so friendly and happy. They get busy but are always efficient so its a quick process to get in and out. Become a member and never look back. -

We live in SW Austin and this particular location is very convenient for us. We truly enjoy the vibe at the Brodie Oaks branch as the people are very friendly and courteous. We also took out a home improvement loan at the downtown branch in 2015 and the service was impeccable. The employees are trained properly and they make you feel like you are part of the Velocity CU family. I highly recommend Velocity CU! -

Staff and management are friendly, professional, and deliver excellent customer service. Stephani and Anjuli just helped shepherd me through a wire transfer that I though wasnt possible when I walked into the branch two days ago. They basically saved an out-of-state home purchase for my wife and myself because of their knowledge and diligence. -
