Fran was excellent and gave me the best service and had a great positive attitude. She helped me with my online banking and answered all my questions. I’m proud to be a member here at Velocity. LOVE this bank, and this branch! My husbands card was hacked, and we got an immediate fraud alert. So fast, in fact, that when they sent a copy of the charge, I was able to find the company in California that had run the card, tell them it was fraudulent, and they got their merchandise back. I also got our account credited back quickly. Friendly, professional staff make it a pleasure to do business there.

I entered the Southpark Meadows location with what I thought just needed to be a new card… it turned out it was a little more serious than that and I had to do everything under the sun cause of fraudulent charges! I needed to close my current account, open a new account, send fraudulent papers in and a couple of other things. I was a lil nervous cause I’ve never had to do so many things before, but it was for my safety. THANKFULLY I got the sweetest, nicest, most patient branch helper, Christina C! She helped me through EVERYTHING and left no stone unturned and made sure I had everything I needed done before I left! She never rushed through any of it and there were a couple of hiccups but she handled them with no problem….even though she did have a kind lady waiting for her next. She could’ve just been quick and hurried me out but she didn’t, she was really the nicest and made a situation to where I was a little nervous into a great experience! I definitely recommend her to anyone needing anything at the Southpark Meadows location! 🙂
