Love, love Velocity. Ive been with them since I moved to Austin in 1995. So happy with Velocity, I continued to use them as my primary bank when transferred out of state for 12 years. Before Velocity, I switched banks all the time because of poor service and non-friendly customer policies.

I have been using the Velocity Credit Union on 620 in Round Rock for 20 years.I would bank with no other institutionThe staff have always been courteous and extremely helpful. I have refinanced my house through them fairly recently and it was a user friendly experience..Thank you Velocity!

I’ve always had a great experience at this location, I felt the need to recognize Marissa or Melissa who helped me through the drive thru today. She was so nice and very professional, I even heard her speaking and addressing the other two on the sides of me and they seemed to enjoy her welcoming personality.Great job Missy!Just so others know I too am in the customer service industry and it take four positive reviews to make up for a bad one. I barely have much time to do these reviews but as quickly as it is to write a bad one, remember too also write hood ones too. It goes a long way for those of us who deal with corporate and customers who are upset on a daily basis. To smile daily is not easy. So again, great job to you all.

All the employees here are wonderful. They are so helpful, real, and make the experience personal. This is not a typical chain bank experience. They are very reasonable and dont just stick to the fine print. Common sense exists here. I will not go anywhere else. Ive been a customer for several years, and they earn my business every single time I visit. Highly recommended!!
