Existing investor. I go to the login page today and there is no way for existing investors to view their portfolio. When I call in their customer service number, I am being told they will get back to next week. This is not what I expect to receive from a company who cant even answer their existing customers why they cant even see their existing portfolio - simply put unacceptableUpdate - 07/30/2022 - Ross from the customer executive team called early in the morning to confirm the glitch about the redesigned website, where the web development team unfortunately missed out the login button and apologized for the confusion and the inconvenience caused. Thanks for the prompt service.
