My experience with Universal Coin and Bullion has been exceptional. After several sad years trying to do business with third-rate New York rip-off coin companies, I found Universal Coin and Bullion through the National Rifle Association. That was almost two years ago and I have done a lot of business with UCB since then. I had an issue where a Fed Ex guy picked up a package at my house and it took over a month for the coins to be located at loss and found Fed Ex Station and Tyler called me every week stating he was still trying to locate the coins and for me to not worry about them. A sales associate called today and was super friendly and wanted to let me know about a deal they were having. You have to respect the effort of trying to sell from a cold call. I used to have to do it for my old job. Its super tough. I let them know I was not interested at the time. He wasnt pushy, super cheerful and respectful, told me no worries and to have a great day. That goes a long way with me. Not being to pushy when selling the product. I buy from them every year at the Annual NRA Meetings. And will keep doing so. I really like buying from them. Your team is great to buy from. Last few NRA meetings I went with my dad and they treated him wonderfully. We ended up purchasing a few coins from them.

Nothing but DELIGHTED with their business model! Prices are more than fair, and they always have what Im looking for. Pleased with quality of shipping as packaging was first-rate. UCB is permanently saved to my bookmarks!UPDATE: Subtracted one star with the $100 recent increase in shipping charges. Now $199 minimum purchase to achieve free shipping, which is challenging to achieve if you are frequently stacking silver over gold. UCB needs to expand their available stock of silver or eradicate their limits on purchases. I can’t buy five silver Krugerrands and three one oz. flag bars to achieve required shipping if said items are seldom in stock, and I’m no longer purchasing American Silver Eagles @ a 30% premium, so that sovereign bullion is off the books!…I still love you guys, but you’ve made the bigger online dealers more competitive for my dollars based on your new shipping charges and low stock.

Been seeing them in it for several years. Ive known Mike Fuljenz over 30 years. What sets him apart from other rare coin dealers, in my view, is his commitment to education. He has published many award-winning books on rare coins, including his recent Double Eagles: 1877-1907 (2nd edition), which contains several wonderful human-interest stories that make history come alive.
