    A few years ago, I called US Gold Bureau and a guy named Eddie (Grier) answered my call. He spent over an hour with me and explaining how investing in previous metals works. Answered all my questions and never pushed me to buy. I did some more research and called Eddie back and made my first purchase.With Eddies guidance, I am up 26% over 3 years. Not only was Eddie so helpful, we talk a lot, not just about investing, but also coaching baseball. Although, I never met Eddie in person, I consider him a friend and when he calls, I almost always answer. There are times when he will just call to check in and as well as when there are opportunities to invest.I have never had an issue with getting my purchases. They typically arrive earlier then expected.Go with US Gold Bureau for all your precious metal purchases. You will not be disappointed.

    In light of the recent global activities, and very little confidence in our current leaders, I decided to make an investment in actual, tangible Gold and Silver. Being a due diligence kind of guy, I shopped around quite a bit and happened across the U.S. Gold Bureau. Dustin Krueger answered all my questions and discussed with me my goals for this investment. I was made to feel as though I were the single most important customer to them. He called me three times after the purchase order with updates to the specifics on shipping, and to follow up on my satisfaction. Today, as a thank you, I received a personal note from Dustin thanking me for my business, as well as a lovely bottle of wine with an uncirculated silver eagle attached.Very professional.     Eddie has been my account representative since I signed up with US Gold Bureau. He keeps me informed on new opportunities and investments but isnt high pressure like a lot of other companies are; I really appreciate that.     As a newbie to Gold and Silver, I was very cautious about whom I could trust with this important investment. Eric Hiegert was the USGB representative that called me. He is very professional, polite, and knowledgeable. I truly feel that he wants what’s best for his clients, with one caveat. He is a salesman and it seems that he probably has a quota of investment grade coins, particularly PF-70. I don’t have a problem with that, he was just doing his job. I was never really sold on the certified proof coins, particularly at the USGB prices. I looked at other reputable websites with a much larger coin selection and at a lower price, particularly the investment proof coins. USGB, has a huge selection of investment grade coins, but at a very high premium. That being said, the team at USGB is very professional and gets you what you want and on time. Greg, Eric’s supervisor, called me right after I made my first order to talk me into buying more investment grade coins. He succeeded, but I ended up returning for a refund. There was a mixup with the second order that I purchased using the refund proceeds. Greg accepted responsibility for the company and gave me 7 one oz. silver Buffalo rounds to make up the mistake. The order’s label has been created, just waiting for shipment.Excellent people and good company, just make sure to do your homework and look into other companies for lower prices on investment grade coins.

    Best deals on. Bullion when you invest in graded coins! I was able to get spot price on gold and a great discount on a set of proof coins! Private transaction no reporting I get the physical metals in my hand ! Great way to hedge inflation and have some liquidity that is better then the dollar !     I heard about this through a friend and on the day of purchase I have created an account online and called a representative then it was transferred to the person who was assigned to my account. He helped to pick the best & cheap bar for me and also gave me first time user discount. It was easy to place an order and the payment went in like 3 days. but the order was shipped after 4-5 days and received almost 10-12 days after placing the order and money deducted. They should improve the speed of delivery. also I like their followup while the rates fluctuate. Im happy with the service except speed of delivery but will keep continue to invest since its trustworthy.

    I was able to do a consignment on coins I bought from the United States Gold Bureau. I didnt hold for enough time to make money because some unexpected life events happened. Needed to cash in. The Team is very professional and worked to get my coins sold in a timely manner. Im coming back to buy coins. Its a shame I had to let the ones I had go. However they made what is a stressful time in my life a little more less complicated. Though it didnt work out in my favor and able to horde these coins for decades to come. They worked on getting them sold quickly. And me paid out quickly. Theyre pros. My advise is go for the best coins. That if in a pinch you can sale quickly.

    The address is wrong, the location is right. I got the location off of the NGC website so that I could have them send a coin off on my behalf to get graded. They met up with me and the two of us agreed that the coin had the potential to get a fairly high grade for its age. As it turned out both of us were wrong. NGC didnt grade it because, in their assessment, the coin was damaged (the planchet was porous as though it had been burried). They said it had F details though.All in all, I think this place knows their stuff. Theyre not perfect but then again coin grading is pretty subjective.That said, I also got the distinct impression most of their business comes selling bullion - not from grading coins on behalf of other people. I cant comment on that aspect of their business but they are honest and reputable when it comes to coin grading, I can say!
